Stephen0mozzy: Hmmm.... You really should be getting ready to be fired. I hope you have enough savings. Because putting this here... Screenshots and all, is to some extent unprofessional.
1. Have you completed and submitted the Lesson note before the letter came - if you submitted, then they can give you a query for late submission, not deduction- since the work was done?
2. For you to be singled out, did other teachers also not submit their advanced lesson note?
If you have already done your due diligence, then instead of using Whatsapp group to raise concerns with them, why didn't you go see them in person - and na so una own school be? Personal messages are sent to public school group?
Blur out those phone numbers in your screenshot. Exactly my point. This is a dispute that should not be online., especially if the school has been performing their obligations regulation this is a first conflict. While I think the punishment is severe for the offense, it should be settled amicably and not combative, unless you have an offer of employment elsewhere. So Mr pauloscar300, find a way to take this down and delete before it gets to your employer. |

I've never been turned down by a white woman before.
Tbh I've never experienced racism personally, not even in Russia or Ukraine. I just read it on the news. Omo, I have o. So many times. The most notable one is even funny. It happened in Romania when we went for a short erasmus study exchange. Nothing against Romania as those were amongst the best months of my life. Very cold winter, was in a situationship with a Romanian chick then. One of our fellow erasmus student and housemate from Turkey was dying of Konji in very cold winter cos he came with his muslim religious Turkish fiancee, a no-sex before marriage situation. After persuasion from the guy, we got a Romanian hookup website from my Romanian babe, the discrimination that followed deserves a book of its own. Hookers and prostitutes saying they don't sleep with black people, Arabs, Indians, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, etc without even seeing how you look was something I never expected to see in my life. Do you know how racist you have to be as a needy prostitute to refuse money from people because of skin colour? The first girl he slept with was very explicit that she doesn't sleep with black people. I had to tell her I was contacting her for a Turkish friend before she accepted. Funny enough, there was no discrimination in relationship. Got lots of date offers. Slept with three women there, one of which was a relationship, all Romanian/Hungarian. Probably maybe because in relationship/casuals, you only match will people who want you. |

Exactly the point why I said it is not yet a dependable ally. If the country you rely on still needs to evaluate if you're worth helping when the situation requires it. The bigger pictures is, Russia is getting increasingly isolated bit by bit. It's looking coordinated the way her allies are being dismantled bit by bit. Very soon, Russia will find itself alone and vulnerable when her allies are battered and still recovering. |

emmaodet: I don't know why people compare tribalism to racism but the difference is clear. A tribalist mostly have no problem with you unless you want to start having a say in his local politics thereby feeling threatened and may not like you again but with racism, it is a new high bar. Where I work, whites don't eat where we blacks do. They have there own dinning table you dare not go to eat. They wash and keep there own spoons, forks and knives because they don't want to keep it in the general place for the fear we will use it or they use ours. It is as if we are walking diseases. If they have there way, they won't even employ us. They double check the works we do because they don't have confidence in what we do or believe we do shitty jobs. They don't believe in our certificates nor our competency despite showing we have what it takes to do the job. The funniest part is that even the Egyptians among them always feel they are not Africans rather arabs doing attached with rich Arab countries like Saudi, Kuwait, Qatar and UAE. It is funny seeing Egyptians washing and hiding their own spoons and knives too feeling important..... Inside life. Filipinos and Indonesians are not left out because they believe they are somehow white or yellow in colour so above blacks.... Lol Wetin black man eye no go see for this world. No matter the tribalism between Ayo and Emeka, he won't have any issue using his plates, knives and forks provided he is a clean person. He won't doubt his competency provided he is good at his work. Emeka will never recommend to promote Chinedu who is just 6 months in the company over Jide of 5 years experience that proves he is good. Tunde will never avoid sitting close to Chibuzor in a bus because he is black but whites will rather sit at the back, probably they think we are smelling even though they are the ones that hardly bath and smokes alot, smelling. You will never get paid higher from an Igbo guy or Hausa doing the same job in a company but a white will be paid higher under the canopy he knows better calling him expatriate. There is a reason blacks are priced lesser in European football even when the black is a far better striker and scores more goals than his white counterpart. There is a long list but just need to stop here My brother, quite a lot of things that can't be said. So much agree with your post |

Russia still has a lot to do if it wants to make itself a great superpower. The country needs to make itself dependable as an ally.
As at now, I don't believe Russia is a reliable ally to anyone when the situation really calls for it.
Intelligence failures in Syria, Venezuela, Iran, and now Mali. Russia has been caught unaware in these countries in just two years. Its military and strategic partners are being dismantled one by one.
Damascus was taken unopposed, Maduro was captured in his house, the Supreme leader was killed in a surprise attack and now no one has heard from President Goita of Mali after the attack on his residence yesterday. The head of intelligence and Minister of defense have both been announced killed. All these without a very strong public and direct response from Russia, like you see the US do for its allies.
At this rate, it will soon be the turn of China and North Korea. |

The unusual and significant coordination yesterday between the FLA and JNIM to attack the Mali government is exactly why the Nigerian government should be wary and skeptical of certain groups in the country.
When a group that was unable to achieve their aims politically start wishing the country harm and supports whatever and whoever is against the country, it is always a recipe for disaster.
While I think the FLA is right to demand independence and self determination, their alliance with an Al Qaeda terrorist group speaks volume.
In all, I think it's best when a country has a dominant culture that shapes their laws, public institutions and national identity. Lots of conflicts will be avoided. One of the reasons I will always support most independence movements. |

Message from Saudi Petroleum expert, Dr. Mansour Al-Malik ,An Energy Professor at KSA University.
"Thank you, Your Excellency President Trump
The question today is not who started the confrontation… but who stopped the danger before it grew larger.
4- Thank you because you read the history of the region well, and knew that those who bombed embassies, hijacked planes, threatened navigation, and struck oil facilities are not deterred by a statement of condemnation or a diplomatic smile.
5- Thank you because you knew that the security of the Gulf is not merely a local matter, but a pillar of global economic stability, and that targeting Riyadh or Abu Dhabi or Kuwait or Manama or Doha is an attack on energy, trade, and markets around the world.
6- Thank you because you did not wait until Iran became a nuclear power imposing its conditions on everyone, making its deterrence more costly and more dangerous.
7- Thank you because you distinguished between the noble Iranian people, who deserve life and prosperity, and the regime that spent its wealth on militias instead of schools and hospitals.
10- Thank you because you gave the peoples of the region hope that the era of blackmail with missiles and drones is not an eternal fate.
11- Thank you because you said in the language of power what years of fruitless negotiations failed to achieve: that the security of allied nations and their sovereignty are red lines.
As for us in the Gulf… we want real peace, the peace of nations not the peace of militias, the peace of development not the peace of fear, the peace of the future not the peace of slogans. "

Trying to whitewash Saudis who were notorious for bombing markets in Yemen to create famine. Even the baby killers dey learn for where Saudi dey. They bombed half of the hospitals in the country. 5. Even I feel Iran did not target the Gulf countries enough. If you're providing a platform where I'm being attacked from your country, you're a participant in the war. Iran didn't hit Saudi, UAE and their other partners well enough. 6. So the fear is basically having a strong neighbour. One person is allowed to be a world player, the other is not? 7. I'm sure the parents of the Minab girls would prefer having their girls in the mountains of Afghanistan than go to school on the day they United States Military came bearing gifts for the children 11. Motherfxckxer trying to sneak in the "security of allied nations". It basically showed that these countries do not consider you allies. Imagine Iran giving a day notice to hit facilities and still hitting them. But for Israel, almost about 5 layers of defense will be provided. Nigeria said the artillery rockets and other weapons, found at a Lagos port last month in shipping containers labelled as building supplies, originated in Iran and may have been destined for Nigerian politicians intending violence if they lose in 2011 elections.
During this issue with Iran then a lot of Nigerians were convinced that those weapons were meant to be used in Nigeria. Hence everyone involved were charged and sentenced the Iranian spent more than 3 years in a Nigerian jail.
We didn't buy the Gambia bullshit then.
. You said after investigations but attached a 2010 link, which was at the genesis of the issue. Of course, at the start, different conspiracy theories will be floating around. You have mentioned three yourself. WA terrorists, Nigerian terrorists, and politicians. I have attached links of the conclusion of the case after investigation. Everyone, including the Nigerian government agreed it was going to Gambia. That is not in doubt. |

Why are you trying so hard to force people to believe it was going to Gambia. How hard should it be for a whole IRGC officer to be unable to give satisfactory account of the destination of the weapons Where is your source? This is the report of the final conviction and end of the investigation and trial. Where is your own judgement that said the destination was not Gambia? I don't know how many times you want IRGC and Iran to say it was destined for the Gambia. It has already passed through Lagos. If it was destined for Nigeria. They wouldn't try to export it out. No one is disputing it was an illegal arms shipment.

Lawag3: And how did you know the weapons were just transiting? Like were they going to Iran or going out of Iran . Transiting to whothen
Because investigations then came to the conclusion that those weapons were meant for terrorist groups in West Africa.
Nigeria seized those weapons.
First of All Obama did not sanction Nigeria in the way you think he just refused to sell American weapons to Nigeria we were free to get weapons from anywhere that was willing to sell.
And the south African issue it was money for arms procurement that was sized not because of any sanction but because it wasn't declared they thought it was an illegal arms purchase until Nigeria came out to say it was state sanctioned the Nigerians and one Israeli involved were not charged and according to the south Africans the money was realesed back to Nigeria.
Everything here are facts My brother, we might disagree but I don't post falsehood. The weapons were destined for the Gambia, who were also sanctioned at the time. The shipments was basically two sanctioned countries trying to evade sanctions. How did I know the weapons were just transiting? Because it was. All parties involved, including Nigeria knew it was. Nigeria was mandated to take actions because it's a UN sanction and we are part of the UN. We are talking 2010 here, not 2015 like all darkness posted. Fact is, the weapons were shipped to Lagos under false declarations.. They have already bypassed lagos customs and got to a warehouse in Lagos. They were caught after attempting to re-export it. We'll both agree that if they were destined for Nigeria, there will be no attempts to export it again. https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2010/11/16/nigeria-reports-iran-arms-seizurehttps://www.cbsnews.com/news/nigeria-charges-iranian-in-arms-seizure/So where did you see your investigations that concluded that the weapons were bound for terrorist groups in West Africa?
