Politics / Re: The Problem With Tinubu Is Seeing All His Opposers As Igbos by Mille: 2:15pm On Apr 15, 2023

Nothing will happen, does Tinubu look like someone anybody can intimidate?

Leave them. They are always chest-beating. They did the same with Buhari. He called them Five-percenters and "sent the python to dance whenever they tried to give him trouble" and yet like Tinubu will, he spent 8 years.

I urge the president-elect to let the easterners be. They can forment trouble, destroy their communities, attack their brothers manning government buildings and facilities, call UN, ECOWAS, UK, EU etc like their IPOB kinsmen. The president-elect should just make sure it is all limited to the East.

I don't see how Tinubu can make it because he thought that his problems are the Igbos. He felt to understand that he has many sworn enemies from Yorubas who have vowed that he will never be president.

He underated the strength and capacity of the Igbos because of the intimidation and marginalization of the Igbos by the power that be. He forgot that it takes extra energy, determination and focus to competite with the Igbos especially now they believed that they have the best candidate in the person of Peter Obi .

But he has already made it na. Contested and won the Presidential election. What's more to win in politics than that?

Travel / Re: As An International Student, Between France And The UK, Which Is Preferable? by Mille: 8:24pm On Apr 13, 2023
whyteteeth:
Hello nairalanders.

I need your opinion. I applied to schools in the UK and France and I was lucky to get offers in Paris and Lille (France). I also got several admissions in the UK mainly in London, Manchester, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The schools in France are quite cost effective as compared to the UK, despite having a partial scholarship. However, I am concerned about living expenses in France most especially in Paris. And I also intend to stay back after my schooling. I want to know which country is better in terms of livability, jobs, accommodation etc.

I can't say much about the UK. But I believe the difference in the tuition for for France can take care of your living expenses for one year.

But if I have the money, I'll choose the UK unless you speak French to a certain proficient level. Easier to get a student job, easier to navigate day to day activities, easier to make friends and more especially, no language barrier. The French are very snobbish and will make no effort to speak English to you everywhere apart from your University. I spent a semester there and despite speaking French up to level A2, I had difficulties navigating daily activities. Thank God for my Cameroonian classmate, if not ehn.

While it's much easier to stay back in France due to not requiring sponsorship, you're more likely to end up underemployed and stuck in menial jobs due to the language barrier. Almost every job requires French proficiency in France and you'll be competing against North and Francophone Africans who make up the bulk of immigrants in France and who speaks fluent French.

Happy to learn that nobody died.

I wonder the kind of buildings they build nowadays that a single truck could bring it down. Seems like the truck driver is in debt now.

If the illiterates voters in the north are sensible, they will revolt against their leaders but they are not. Religion is been used to bamboozle them into submission and be used for electoral victory. It's a pity

In the same vein, I hope the "literate voters" in the East will be sensible enough to revolt against their illiterate leaders and at least stop sitting at home on Mondays. I also pray they revolt against unknown gunmen so they can live in their region peacefully and stop becoming refugees everywhere.

Lol, if you only knew how big an industry immigration is. There are lawyers whose only job is fake marriages. They'll even approach you - you'll be wondering how they know who you are, and know you need their services!

The point is how do I know which ones to go to?

Immigrant lawyers? Pakistanis?

Better plan: work hard illegally and pay someone or pay a lawyer to arrange someone.

Do you have any idea on how to find someone or even a crooked lawyer that will be ready to do so?

tunlex01:

1. NYSC experience is usually 11 months but if you can make it 12 months, it should fly.
2. If you meet the minimum requirement, you should get it. If not, NSW will notify why you are nott getting the nomination.
3. You cannot apply as a single applicant (please note this cos I have a few people who have withdrawn and another planning to withdraw their application because the CO is questioning it - loss of money & time). The moment you have a partner whether legally married or not, you are no longer single. So technically, you are in a de-facto relationship. So declare that and include your spouse and kid in the application. Get your spouse to write English test (if you need extra 5 points from her). If you don't need the extra points, her uni transcript and letter of instruction in English should suffice.

You can also add your spouse to the application and she can visit anytime she wants instead of visitor visa.

Thank you for your reply. I really appreciate it.

Do you have any tips on how to structure the nysc to meet up with the work requirements? And also documents I should prepare for positive assessment.

Those kind of women handle it separately and in a coded manner. Sexual frustrations don't come up that way.

" I don’t see a lasting solution because he is set in his ways, I don’t think he can change. His issues are generational curses that I don’t have the power to break. "

After the comment above, do you still believe it's matters of the inner rooms?

What's the problem?

Is he not romantic enough, abusive, not taking care of the family, or is he boring in bed?

I'd be willing to bet his finances are no longer in order. That's how they behave when their husbands have financial difficulties.

She should just save the man some headache and leave if she wants to. Marriage shouldn't be by force. Before she decides to poison the innocent man.

I have an opportunity to go to Europe but I once lived there and I'm not really a fan of the language barrier. That's why I ran earlier.

Please I'm looking forward to preparing for nsw 491 using Agricultural scientist and I'd really appreciate some help.

- For the Agricultural scientist, I can see vetassess requires one year of highly relevant experience for assessment. I haven't worked in the Agricultural field since I graduated. Is it possible to use my NYSC for the experience? I served at the Ministry of Agriculture.

- NSW 491 requires that you apply to an RDA office. Is state nomination guaranteed after applying when you meet the minimum requirements?

- Finally, I'm only married traditionally and my wife doesn't intent to travel abroad permanently, only to visit periodically. Can I apply as a single alone with my child to get the extra points? Will it have any effects on my wife securing a visit visa?

You people will never talk about developing your region, your eyes are always on the prosperous regions. No wonder you guys are like refugees everywhere.

I believe there is election in the East today. Try to elect good leaders. Do not elect someone like the religiously divisive lying motherfucker who was governor of Anambra state for 8 years. He didn't even develop the state and its inhabitants are still entering entering night buses to Lagos, Ogun and Ibadan. As we speak now, there are people planning to enter the night bus tonight after election to a prosperous place.

They really tried to package a scam as a Messiah. Btw, no chance of a weekly Sit-at-home in Lagos or any part of the West.

Family / Re: Help Save My Marriage by Mille: 6:47pm On Mar 04, 2023
I'll be honest with the bitter truth

Nigerian women are wired this way. They have a short memory, only live for the present and are insensitive to what you've done for them before nor your situation. There will be compassion at the beginning but it will fade as long as your troubles continue.

Your situation is not unique. It has and is currently happening to married men who have faced financial difficulties across Nigeria. Remove the notion of divorce cos unless you're going for a foreign woman, chances are the same thing will happen with the new woman when you have prolonged difficulties.

My advice for you is to man up. Do not think about the situation. Brooding or fighting over her behavior will not change anything. You must make efforts to improve your situation legally. Do not make rash decisions that will affect your future. With hardship comes ease. Today will be history in a few hours same way your current difficulties will be history.

This is part of the experience of life and marriage. Now you know not to expend future earnings on pleasing your wife, children, family or friends and rather invest or save a percentage of them for the rainy days.

Ibadan
You can also suggest and please your opinions will go a long way for me. Merci boucoup.

Is the East and South-South that worst.

You people should stop relocating to the Western part and start considering Anambra, Enugu and Imo. The Southwest is becoming too overpopulated by people fleeing from useless states.

I'm not in favor of diaspora voting.

I hope all this Obi people know that the diaspora is not UK, Canada, US, Italy and Germany alone. It involves those outside the borders of Nigeria.

We'll have to deal with Chad, Niger, Cameroon, Benin, Togo etc.

Let anyone interested in voting come back to Nigeria.

If your battery is the type that has those covered holes ontop where the acid can be replaced from then fine, try to get a good bargain and try the battery charger’s option BUT if your current battery is the sealed type then I’d advise you to save up for a replacement battery altogether. For the charger to cut holes on a sealed battery to replace it’s acid is not a good or safe practice.

You have 3 engine seats, front solid type can cost between 7 - 10k, back is around the same price and side should be between 5 - 7 k.

Fixing dents usually is accompanied by spraying. You’d need to let a panel beater assess the issue and give you his recommendation.

Thank you. I really appreciate it

Good afternoon all,

Please I bought a naija-used 2005 EOD in December which I left parked till after the holidays. I need help to know if I'm being taken advantage of.

- The battery is now weak and the charger says he has to change the acid of the battery. He is charging me 4k.

- Anyone with the idea of how much the engine seats currently costs?

- How much max do you think the dents should be fixed?

Replies will be greatly appreciated

Easy compared to the rest of Europe. Romanian Visa is not Schengen visa though and you're not able to travel to other European countries. Also, unless you're coming with enough funds, I'll not advice it. The salary is very low here and work is scarce. A lot of Romanians are scattered all across Europe like Nigerians looking for work.

Tuition can cost from 2500$ upwards.

Romance / Re: Nigerian Men And Women Are Sexually Frustrated And Lonely In America And Canada by Mille: 1:31pm On Jan 08, 2023
Let me share my own experience in Europe. Before leaving for Europe, I cohabited for the last two years in school. We continued our cohabitation when I finished school and returned to Lagos until the day I left for Europe. So I had no problem getting sex since I left for Europe.

I enrolled in a Masters program where I get to spend at least 6 months each in different countries. Then, I was a skinny average dude.

1. First Stop: Cluj, ROMANIA;
-Beautiful women all through. Student city. I think this is the country with the most beautiful women in the world. Matched with plenty people on Tinder. Went for some dates mostly with fellow students but I think they were more curious than interested due to the scarcity of black people. One even mentioned if Nigerians don't eat vegetable oil because I'm not as bulky as those black Americans. I think the fact that I wasn't staying long in Romania didn't help either.

Loved a Portuguese exchange student who stayed on the same floor with me and was taking her time returning the favor after dates and group clubbing (I was only clubbing because I liked her). Finally scored a Romanian/Hungarian girl after two months and mehn, she was a screamer. The whole floor knew what was going on throughout the night. Word got to the Portuguese girl and she became distant. The Romanian girl essentially became my girlfriend till I left Romania. Homely and submissive. Honestly, the best relationship I ever had. Took me to her parents, bleeped her there. When it was time to leave, she didn't want distant relationship and asked that I leave school and we can relocate to the UK as a couple. I rejected it (sometimes I regret rejecting that offer)

2. Next Stop; Kassel, GERMANY.

I think Germans are the worst women a man will ever date. Ugly, assertive, domineering and always frowning.

This was where I finally understand how hard it is in Europe. For the first months, I didn't even score female friendship with Germans (I think the fact that I don't speak German is a big determinant). I was always able to do so with Nigerian and African women but not with the Germans or other Europeans. On my multiple trips to Frankfurt, I thought about branching many of the multiple sex houses, but man, I'll never enjoy paid sex.

I was finally able to score a 40+ divorced German mom of 3 who stayed in a small City close to Frankfurt. This was the hardest I have done to convince a woman. Her daughter was 18+ and it usually felt somehow when I go there on weekends. But mehn, I was grateful for the avenue to cum.

I think if you're interested in African women, you won't have problems in Germany as long as you're above the same African woman in a social standing. If not, OYO. African Men have been here without having sex for years. African women have been lonely here for years because they want commitment. Both African Men and women are not having sex together because their needs are different.

3. LYON, FRANCE:

I want to forget my experience in France. It was so dry. I wasn't even scoring matches online. And the ones you meet face to face will give you their number and leave you in read. I was left with the opportunity of returning to Germany and continuing the final semester in Lyon, mehn, I ran back to Germany.

4. HAMBURG, GERMANY.

I finally stayed in a big English speaking city. Met many Nigerians here as I also rented a flat with other Nigerians. To get women here, you have to be ready to club. If you can deceive African and Nigerian women about your finances and your commitment to marriage, you'll get a lot of black pussies. Many Africans here have finished their studies and are finally in the big city to earn cash. They have also come to the realization that they are getting older without a partner and that the white men only used them to satisfy a fetish.

My Opinion of German women remain the same. Unless you like the challenge of masculine women. People don't even know Angela Merkel has an Husband. Fortunately, there are plenty of fishes in this city that are not Germans. So if you dress well, have your finance in order and outgoing, you shouldn't have a problem getting laid. To do less work chasing women, just target the plus-sized ones.

Unfortunately, I caught a bacterial infection which was causing a lump under my armpit. Before, during and after the surgery, I was all alone in the hospital. My roommates wey busy racking up shifts, my lays were not there during the time of need, I finally appreciated the communalism of Nigeria and the need for a partner and not random sex objects. I returned home to Nigeria, started working remotely, got married and had a daughter.

I expect to go back to the abroad this year or the next. I'm not in a hurry though as I earn USD from here.
