In a notice published on the Nigeria Stock Exchange website, Access Bank said there is no certainty that a transaction would be agreed on yet.
“There can be no certainty that a transaction will be agreed, nor as to the terms of any such agreement. The completion of a transaction would be subject to formal regulatory approvals,” the notice signed by Sunday Ekwochi, Access Bank company secretary, read.

More money will visit the NSE. For the fact that Treasury Bills is no more encouraging. And the easy access to the NSE. that's online trading, making it easy and cheap for many to play. Although many fingers will be burnt. But it does not change the fact that people are yet to make a kill in NSE. especially the long term investors.

I think ur money don enter voice mail. I hope u have been following our discussions on this matter. Where did u dig up that account number from. It looks like the account for the first sukuk in 2017. They have different account for every issue. The current one is called FGN ROAD SUKUK ACCOUNT ISSUE 3.

if the account you paid to didn't have issue 3, then it's wrong account. Although na government still get that account, I don't know how easy you will solve this problem.
Maybe lotus will help to access it. I hope so
