Please my people, this just an information. I notice that once u have a substantial amount in ur account, u start getting scammers calls and text messages. If this is not an insider information, then means this scammers are using black power. But I think it has to do with insider info. Just be careful at this trying time, as many of them are out there looking for who to scam. As u dey hustle, na so them dey hustle too. Don't be a victim.

Also, why is it that the chances of raising proper children in the kind of areas you bought a property is very slim and you can barely sleep at night for fear of 1 million boys jumping in to perforate your ass?
Good things are good and I notice a trend here on this thread and likewise Nigeria, people beneath others in terms of social strata like to make fun of them and point out most of their deeds as foolishness.Well time will tell.
And who judges someone financially by how his living room is arranged? undecided
Someone lives in a property he probably bought in hundreds of millions and then opens a window to ventilate rather than turn on the AC and then another person who is even in the estate by privilege of someone that lives there giving him a passcode at the gate under abeg feel the moral uprightness in belittling such a person who's living conditions could easily pass for what might be in heaven?
My brother, you are totally off point. You don't just get the motivational discussion here.
The discussion is all about knowing your worth. cut your coat according to you size. Try to be rich, don't look rich. some people are just copy cats, follow follow. And at the end, it will bounce back on them.

Just got a mail from United Capital with N10 million you can buy LASG bond the rate is between 11.75% and 12.5%. The bond is given a liquid status by CBN.

The offer will close on Monday 13th January 2020.

I expect most of the fund managers, Insurance companies and other Institutional investors to divert Funds to this offer. LASG bonds are usually oversubscribed.

this country is really getting things wrong. Why would citizens be at the receiving end of every policy in this country? The Govt. claim to encourage cashless economy and the same time Banks are charging customers virtually for every transaction. Internet transfer they charge 52 naira, POS 50, alert on same POS transaction 4, ATM alert 4. ATM Card mentainance fee every month. Even alerts when is not needed like holidays and birthday. How do u encourage cashless when u charge me for using a common POS? is better I transact with cash. All this Banks are forgetting the fact that all this medium is reducing their work force, reducing queue and stress for them and customers. why leaving money in my savings account? when the charges is higher than the interest. u give me 3.5% interest and take over 20% charges at the end of the month. CBN is really getting it wrong here. something has to be done in this regards. They also forgot that all this medium they trying to discourage has actually reduced a lot of crime in the society, e.g. Armrobbery etc. I think CBN should go back to the drawing board on the recent policies.
