This is so much a big issue in many cyber cafés and it's not usually Network as people are made to believe. some of these cafés don't have java installed on their system and while most do though, a lot of the peeps don't know they need to download and install the NYSC biometric app. I don't know if other apps can be used but I do know this was what rectified the problem in the cafe I did mine yesterday. no one was able to thumb print on 20th in that café as I heard, until a lady raised the app issue and that was the solution...

People should ask the cafe attendants what biometric app they use...

It was the same thing here at the cafe that I work. I wish my explanations could be this simple. I just find it hard to avoid technical stuff in my explanations.

They rush everything but this... well, they are full of surprises so if they manage to upload before 20th, registration commences same day for us and those whose names were uploaded last week but anything beyond 20th, we might just have to take chilled fanta to cool down and wait till God know when they are ready... It's always their way or none...

Lag and Abj are usually set aside for omo baba olowos and foreign trained students. just few are mobilized there without 'working' it so it's quite easy to give you Lag because you chose two jagaban places... God's blessings involved so I will say you were lucky...

UPDATE FOR FUT MINNA PCMs : A friend was in school yesterday (Dept n Student affairs in G.K). The student affairs are yet to finish compiling the list they received from the dept and Academic office and as such our list will b forwarded hopefully next week. Disregard any info about names been sent to nysc to avoid panic and confusion. Also, the sch is no longer in charge of sending the names directly to nysc. They will only send qualified graduands to jamb and NYSC will extract the names through their own database(I.e JAMB).

Rumour has it that Nokia plans to launch its flagship(s) next month, or just within Q2 of this year. The device with the spot light right now is the Nokia 9. Since its a rumour for now, lets just cut to the chase of the specs.
OS
The rumoured OS is the stock Android Noughat. Being a flagship, especially one that's supposed to build that part of the market for Nokia, it should get upgrades as new android OS launches comes.
General Specs
It is rumoured to come with the power house Snapdragon 835 chipset coupled with 6GB of random access memory. Two variants are rumoured to be released, i.e. 64 GB and 128GB ROM. It should spot a 5.5 QHD OLED screen. The camera claps a 12 MP front camera and 22MP back camera, both products of the famous Carl Zeiss technology. It will be both water and dust proof, as a flagship fur coat. It is rumoured that it will come with a 3800mAh battery. Before you hiss, this is Nokia. Their battery technology is lengendary. So expect optimum performance.

Nokia has decided to introduce some awesome features in this upcoming flagship. This features include The Nokia OZO 3D audio technology. If you know about the Nokia OZO 3D camera, you should be excited by this. If you don't, a 5 minute surf should brief you on the success of this device. The next is the Qualcomm QuickCharge 4.0 technology. Charging would be a cruise off the coast of the Carribean with this. Basically, it will please the customers. Lastly, an IRIS scanner is expected. This one isn't necessarily new. I think it is meant to put Nokia faithfuls on the map of contemporary phone technology.
