Inspired by Mr. tosyne2much's topic on '10 ways' corp members ruin their lives during service year, I want to ask:

How much is ideal for one to save during their service year?

Someone commented that "...2k every month....dats 24k after ur service year....lol". It made me laugh, but it got me thinking. According to books like The Richest Man in Babylon, 10% is the ideal minimum. But then 24k is eh...
I once saw a thread where someone said they saved 300k. I was baffled and amused. I am seriously struggling to save 5k from my federal allowance. But the strain is too difficult to bear. I already pegged down my state allowance for savings (5k monthly). When it all adds out, a minimum of a hundred k would be realised. But I stay in town.
Make I no talk too much. Good people of Nairaland, advice a serving corp member please... How much should I save?

And there is almost nothing on the memory.
Complete waste of money.

But that's parents for U..He is all i have,as such I do endure a lot with him.

The least of my temperaments is melancholy. But the whole thing cut me too deep, I figured it would be less painful to stay at home than to go alone, after giving a one month prior notice to them, only to be turned down 3 days to the 'd' day.

Exactly. African parents are 'always right'. If I try to bring it up, my mum would just twist things up and make it look like I am disrespecting her. My dad is a pacifist, so he'll just watch and wait for all the heat to die down, then he'll have the last say. Of course he'll take sides with his wife . It is really bad 'cos any time I see a convocation gown, my memory is refreshed.

Minato's death was more annoying than sad for me. I expected more from him, maybe too much sha. Itachi however, had given up so much, he had to inspire his brother through hatred. It was just shredding for me.

Office politics is notionally avoidable but literally unavoidable. Therefore, to be on a safer side, one of noble class should always endeavour to act and relate with others on principle rather than expediency. With this tactic you won't belong to any group within the office but sure support at anytime, a motion of a person or group that is pure.

When the above philosophy is adopted, at the inception, you may be hated by very many of your colleagues and even some uninformed executive personnel, but in the long run you'll sure become a jewel of the office in particular and organization in general without labouring for it.

If only you have enjoyed the privilege of being elected/selected unopposed/by unsolicited recommendations to a coveted position you didn't aspire to occupy, which others were killing themselves to have, all because your professional and ethical conducts earned you such. When you experience such you'll come to appreciate the importance of creating your own lifestyle on principle and encrypting it.

Hello Guys, who noticed that with the MTN midnight plan u can't download a file whose size is over 100mb but can download lesser files (70mb,80mb,68mb) ?

Seriously? I don't have good network coverage where I live, so I use Airtel instead. I've been wanting to use MTN this whole time. They want to drive me when I haven't even started
