Yeah, most companies do really. But the structure here is you don't get MSc study leave. Only when the company sends you on training. But if you leave the company for MSc, and you wanna come back, if there is space to fit you in, you *might* be considered. But my brother, its not even about coming back to this same company, my focus is actually to be qualified for mid-management positions such as team leads based on my 6 years technical experience. Am looking at both global and local opportunities. So, is it still advisable to go .. or one should just play safe and do online? Thanks

Ok, my own case. I have worked for some 6 years after NYSC here in Nigeria. I'm an IT Professional. So am thinking of moving from the 'techie' parts to the management parts. I have developed interest in Business Intelligence due to my nature of work (Data Migration) ... So, my question is .. Do i leave my job and go for MSc in Management - Focus on IT Management (I prefer this to MBA tho) ? .. or I should just do an online MSc stuff? I would like to go because I want to associate physically with people, network with them, live a life outside work for a while. But again, sometimes i get scared of leaving job, go out there, come back here and start searching (I have a little faith, that won't be my portion tho ...hehehe). Please advice me. Thanks.

Seems this OP is the frugal type.. and probably you are better off hiring a taxi everyday. What did you spend that you're shouting ... and my guess is you squeezed to buy that DC with a low budget and they gave a 'low life' DC.
