All this Morocco/Cape verde/SA/Angola should chill and allow us to go play senegal…we are the only country that can match this there power, maybe a little beat of Mali and B/faso can try their best against them sha |

Kog45: Peseiro was poor before Afcon and Nigerians will not be watching seeing their team playing nonsense,so expect criticism from fans and good Peseiro listened by inviting Nwabali who gave us that stability from the back. is it not better than the ones that will deceive us with good game and later come to afcon to play rubbish |

charlesemeka85: the man now know his first team as well as starting 11
All he needs now is just more quality to fortify the bench/reserves as well as to hv more competition for a starters shirt some people are still saying even if he wins the afcon they should sack him….Nigerians are very proud and its so irritating…i sure die say no coach will come into super eagles and start playing turn Nigeria to overnight mancity or barca…this is africa we must lose, we must draw and lastly we will start getting our winning mojo back. no coach has come to Nigeria and enjoyed a 100% record siasia westerhorf jo bonfre bora and so so and so all at a particular time in their managerial career with eagles fumbled and also coached well…Una no jus one lose games na em b the problem…people think Nigeria is the best footballing nation on earth that we should not reason defensive game as an option…just dey tiki taka and dey attack the win all games played…going unbeaten in 1000games DEY PLAY |

The worst in that midfield is kessie, dude is so washed that I couldn’t believe my eyes during their first game with Guinea 🇬🇳
He looked heavy, slow and unfit unlike the kessie I use to knw at Atalanta and Milan few seasons ago GuineaBissau |

Blueelf: Too early to judge. Sure he has improved but.....
Remember Cameroon is a poor team
Let us play teams like Angola/Senegal/Cape Verde first
Please, this is not me trolling, as i have said earlier, I am on leave and right now, I have headache oga dey try avoid posting sh**t abeg…u started with they will be sent packing from group stage because of 1-1 draw, u enter CIV will beat us with so many irritating banters from u(calling super eagles supporters deluded, insulting that osimhen will doesn’t worth the APOTY)…u migrated to cameroon will send us away from the afcon, now u have advance your doom talks to further games (angola, cape verde, senegal) U NO DEY TIRE TO GIVE YOURSELF UNNECESSARY HEADACHE….cant you see the super eagles is playing tournament winning games…If we win those teams u mention you will shift focus again to WCQ and start capping another sh**t again…OGA U NO DEY TIRE!!!! |

how come is a team playing defensively and beating an attacking tiki taka team by 2-0, we even scored one goal that would have made it 3-0 but they canceled it…ayam not understanding….this super eagles team are solid in the defense, cmpact in the middle and fast in the attack…its just once a while we give away the ball and the opponent taps and attack and the whole scenario will be asif we have been defending from beginning to the end |

Joebie: but why he no show us this defensive side all this while? you sef know say if not for the uproar, Nwabili no for dey this tourney.. and that won't give our super defenders confidence. all our opponents go dey resort to shots on Uzoho.. I will say things are all playing out for good so far. But I won't give all the credits to this man.. because the man stubbornly wanted to stick with Uzoho and didn't want to change his formation his formation until very recently. E don tey when we dey clamor for a back 3 formation. Even during Rohr's era we said it here.
Peseiro must be talking to somebody with sense. bros if uzoho was doing fine and etching out fine fine performance there wont be an uproar and the coach also saw that we have goalkeeping issue and he decided to look for solutions…He came and met uzoho as a new coach, tried him in several matches before accessing wether he will be our number one going forward. He is the coach of the team, he also sees what we are seeing…we are not the one seeing it for him…afterall none of us recommend nwabali for him…He discovered the guy and brought him into the fold which many of us were still doubting his ability |

typicalgamer: Peseiro is an inept coach
But one thing i give him props for is his defensive tactical awareness
Like this can be rated as the best eagles defense of all time.
If you see the fluidity in switching between zaidu and Bassey you’ll understand
The defense did a compact man marking without sacrificing width or depth
Best eagles defense ever bros with all due respect abeg, use another lesser word than this harsh “INEPT” you used…oga we played our arch-Afcon rival and they didn’t score a goal against us for the first time..them no see 1short on target…at this point peseiro is a excellent coach |

Marjoribanks: EQG will not defeat Ginuea. Nigeria vs Cameroon is 50/50.
Cameroon will be our most difficult match. If we beat them we will win this AFCON.
The other teams lack the physicality and attack to break us down. And the defence to stop our attack. I am having that weird feeling I had before our game against Tunisia 2021. God give us tomorrow, I beg thee! yeaa sure its gonna be 50-50…EQG has beaten guinea already🤪 |

They stopped us from going to 2006 WC, they had decent players plying their trades in Portuguese league. they won us 1-0 in luanda and we played out a 1 all draw under the scorching heat of Kano state(blame on NFF)..okocha and figueiredo’s late freekick🤦🏽♀️…we edged out on head to head rule that year |
