she isn't decent in the opinion of sensible people, your agreement is inconsequential, since you need the internet to think for you.

Maybe if your daughter goes off to live with a man she has known for two weeks, you will be fine with it and the world will applaud your fathering skills.

Stop disturbing us here, since you think you have found the most decent and 'teachable' woman in the world, even your use of terms is condescending. She is 'teachable' as what? An animal or a baby? I hope you are just as teachable, you will both learn lessons from each other eventually

Take your indecisive self off the internet, and face the quagmire you have put yourself in like a man. If it turns out fine, good for you, if not, good for you too...for someone who recently came out of a rather bad break up like you claimed, you sure make rash decisions, it explains a lot about you.

Good night sir.

If you are studying Pharmacy I don't think you should be bothered about graduating with a First Class.

Pharmacy is Unclassified.
There is Nothing like i graduated with a First Class in Pharmacy.

You should be talking about graduating with distinction in pharmacology,Cognosy,Pharmaceutical Chemistry,Technology,Clincal etal.

Stop that tears and Situp.
ok thanks I did not know this, thanks

First examine the motive behind your pursuit of first class.
Truth is no body can struggle to excel in a field that is either wired in their DNA or have been pursuing from a very early age. Something that passion follows so deeply. In such a field, you wouldn't even care about the scores, it'll only naturally follow you. And in cases where it doesn't, you'd care less. Why? Because by that time, you'll have been recognized by those that the competence matters to.

There is something everyone can do better than 20,000 around them, a research project found out. That's your place and you can't struggle to hard to be noticed and celebrated in such field - academic or vocational.

Most of us in Nigeria pretty studied courses that are alien to our calling, that's why it has been difficult for most people to cope especially academically. No need to blame the poor standard of our educational system that fails to ensure that every child ia assisted to follow his/her passion; our parents that place us on unrealistic condis with expectations that would satisfy only them; poor parenting which damages mamy children so bad that they struggle to impress their parents just to receive their affirmation amd love.; sadistic lecturers and other players in the tertiary institutions who are hellbent on putting their students through all sorts of unimaginably harsh conditions that some of them had experienced before achieving their current statuses.

I urge you to embrace the fact that you are very unique, special, brilliant, intelligent, precious, worthy, fruitful, and particularly that the school's assessment apparatuses is not capable of unravelling the miracle of whom you truly are and what great wonders you are capable of.

If you truly love that field of pharmacy you can still become the best, not necessarily in terms of your CGPA, but in the number of lives that will be touched by your practice and also the quality of your research projects which could attract international attention.

Whatever you decide, remain strong. You are here for a great reason beyond your imagination.

I'm convinced that you're already a first-class in something else. You might want to conduct a thorough introspection while asking God for a direction for your life that aligns with His purpose for you.

We love you and wish you all the best.
am into research on HIV virus but I just felt having a good cgpa will give me an edge when I require funds for my project, thanks sir.

You are still a child. The main thing is not first class. The main things are a deep understanding of your field of study and a good result(not necessarily first class but if you can get it, no problem). That's how you are useful in the real world. A second class student that has a good understanding of his/her field is far more better and useful than a first class graduate who did la cram la pour to get the first class, that's why some 2nd class graduates get jobs ahead of first class graduates. That's why interviews are conducted — to know if you really have the stuff(the expertise which comes from a sound understanding of your field).

Many of you little children will just cram and memorise to get first class and afterwards, the courses you read are forgotten and were not properly understood because you crammed and memorised for first class. Just keep reading.
yeah thanks a lot,I sincerely appreciate this.

You had better focused more in developing every other areas of your life and not just ur cgpa alone. Having the best cgpa isn't what guarantees your success. It's not bad aspiring to come out with a good cgpa but u have to realize there's more to life than that and such shouldnt cause u to go into depression. As a matter of fact , in the health care profession, your cgpa doesn't really count after grad nevertheless, there are circumstances where a good cgpa could give u an edge; for instance if you intend going into academics as a career path or probably intend taking a post grad course abroad. Do not be too hard on yourself, Cheer up , put in more efforts or restrategize if need be but do not neglect developing other areas of your life while in school. Best wishes
thanks a lot

Its very much possible if you re willing and determined. Read a 5yr course but entered as DE student so i started at year 2. 200l result was a nightmare (cgpa 3.40). For me to make a first class i need to hit the 5.00 as many semester as possible. Look how i did it:
1. Take all assignment serious even if it is half mark.
2. Have a personal time table 4 ya daily activities with allocated time(learnt dis from my over serious friend even though i made mockery of him at 1st).E.g 5am-6am(quiet time), 6-7am breakfast and bath, etc.
3. Shun unnecessary meetings, dept/sch politics and even some friends
4.Study hard and make sure u test yourself with possible exam question on each topic covered.
5.Set a semester goal/target (i once targeted 5.00 in my 300l and got 4.90. Subsequently i got 5.00 in 2semesters).
6.Make sure you goto exam with a watch. Allocate 20mins/more to each question (theory) depending on the total time given 4 da course and make sure u work with it.
7. Score yasef right there b4 u submit. Goodluck
may GOD meet you at the point of your need
