By plumbing and electrical fittings I mean the plumbing has been done.. Electrical wiring has been done too..what's left is installing toilet seats, showers, water heater, and electric sockets chandelier et al

This is what 6.6 million naira has given me thanks to almighty God.. A 5bedroom bungalow all ensuite with kitchen and waiting room and two sit outs.. Yet to insert internal doors n toilet doors, yet to do plumbing fittings and electrical fittings, pop, tiling, belting.. And aluminium rail on varender..
Note.. Septic tank has been done.. PVC was used to roof 4 rooms, toilets, and passages, pop will be used to do others

I fenced a four plot of land in my village plus buying a gate of 200k...total money spent was 990k...Aldo labour cost was count per block..as 23naira.....then my one plot in owerri..I bought a second hand gate for 80k, very solid.. And then used around 70k to Mount, and 400k to fence it...total of around 600k...

I was made to know that there is hollow block and the block without hole...and 5inch block without hole is same intensity with 9inch with hole

Please what is the difference between a flat roof and normal roof. The advantages and disadvantages of the flat roof.
I am building a 3bed bungalow in abj and because my budget is limited, my engineer suggested a flat roof.
I just want as much info to be able to make an informed choice pls. This is my first structure so any help/advice pls

. Mine cost a total of #368,550.00. This includes the cost of the entire labour starting from setting out to the casting of the German floor and also the cost of all the materials used ( excluding the cost of blocks because I moulded my blocks). But d design,the dimension,the height of the foundation are all factors to be considered. Hope this helps?

This very wrong... this is my intellectual work you are sharing and even planning to build without asking for my permission.... what if the original owner of the plan I did this design for sees he's plan that He paid for being shared on a public platform ...

I humbly apologize, as I might have ignorantly done this, I felt giving me the floor plan of the building meant you had little issue of me turning it into reality, as a few persons have also provided me with one without issue of such. Once again I apologize and have also brought down the plan.
