This is often ignored by many , respected by few and little-acknowledged by majority of bloggers around , this is one fact you must know irrespective of your stance on this pagerank issue google values it and you can't afford to disdain it if you really wanna be a successful blogger.
now do this first go to http://any-tech.ws/page-rank/ to download the pagerank plugin for any browser of your choice then visiting any website with this plugin enabled should display the pagerank without any action from your end.
If your blog is less than 3/10 you seriously need to think twice as how popular & useful your contents is to the vase majority of your users .
To increase your pagerank you need to actually "add link juice" to some of your featured / most read articles by creating a guest post linking directly to this selected articles.
Only summit guest post to blog with at least 3/10 (like [url=obasimvilla.com/blog/category/webmaster/blogging/]my four weeks old blog[/url] ) pagerank as to make your link "worth the stress" .
Make your guest post content rich and informative so as to stay long in the site you are submitting it .
Join forums to increase your pagerank by creating a forum profile with your blog or link to your featured article as the signature (remember to add your blog title to the signature to attract "Link juice" you can start by joining forums like warriors forum , bloggers forum etc
Finally make reasonable contribution to blog that needs one ( maybe a user requesting for help) leaving your link there //always learn not to spam// while doing this more to come in the comments

shorxynla: I also have the problem of unable to access attachment paths

this attachment paths issue is very easy to resolve but before that did you noticed that while changing the "theme copy right info" you forget to remove 'smf personal' from the link description ? I'm actually using the same theme with you on my smf forum too and understand how to do this easier that is by the way though.

To re-activate or get your attachment directory working simply ==> go to adim ==> configuration ==> then click on forum ==>> attachments and avatar ==> settings ==>> change it from " /attachments " to /home/*******/public_html/attachments when xxxx is your default cpanel forum dir. name eg onthird.

this should resolve it after saving if not just download the attachment in this post upload it to your default home directory then visit your site like this http://www.onthirdplanet.com/reapair_settings.php confirm that the attachment setting is correct save and be fine....

If you ever make it to filling up your 30GB of space with your data you can only have read/write access to 5GB of your 30GB data per month. Really this is ridiculously funny. Mehn it just pays to be transparent in business, whats the use of offering people what they can't use fully?

Adeyemi, for raping a 15-year-old girl in Ilesa.
PUNCH Metro learnt that the girl was passing by
Ayeso Police Station in Ilesa on Tuesday night
when the armed policemen dragged her into
their apartment beside the station and allegedly
raped her.
A source gave the name of the victim as Bisola.
Police Public Relations Officer of the command,
Mrs. Sade Odoro, on Wednesday said, “They
(policemen) cannot escape because this is a
command known for discipline.
“They were arrested immediately and they have
been transferred to Osogbo. Their dismissal is
guaranteed. The girl has been taken to the
hospital for treatment.”
Criticisms have greeted the action of the
policemen with a cross-section of members of
the public condemning the act.
