klexycole: Good morning seniors.
Please, does an OND and HND count as "two or more certificates?"
Does OND and Bsc count too?
Thank you. Yes it does. Both of them count. 1. If you choose to evaluate OND and BSC, you will have to get your transcripts from the 2 different schools. 2. It may be easier to verify your OND and HND because it's the same school, the logistics of getting your transcripts will be easier than from 2 schools. The easiest and most cost effective option 3. If you evaluate BSc and HND (not OND), in order to properly to evaluate your HND, you will still need to submit OND transcripts. Except that's fine with you. Meaning you will evaluate 3 programs which may or may not be beneficial in the long run. It's still the same amount you will pay to WES, but the logistics of applying for transcripts and their delivery to WES may cost the highest in this option. So now, you can make an informed choice based on your preference. |

adeshna: Hello
I read here on NL that
skill level C will not qualify for the Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program nor SINP. 8431 is skill level C.
How true is that? It's true. Only NOCs in 0 A or B are acceptable. You can combine NOCs, but the primary NOC must have 1 complete year. Others can be bits and parts to make up for the 3 years. You can't however use skill level C at any point |

That is LRWS 8.5,8,7.5,7.5? That will increase your score by a few points. You also need sibling point, french, PHD, or Provincial nomination to increase your point. oty1993: I don't understand, pls explain better When you are to receive the lump sum of the gift deed from your benefactor, let them send it to an account you use regularly, not a new account created specifically for the purpose of POF. I know people want a means not to touch the money, so it doesn't reduce. After you have received it, you can then move it to anywhere you like eg investment, mutual funds, fixed deposit, dom account, leave it in that account or keep it in your newly created account (I don't advise this because your average monthly balance on the bank reference letter for this new account will be low) |

MrRomanticLover: Please how does one know the visa office where your application is being processed and how soon after AOR can one know this? Raise a Case Specific Enquiry CSE. The link to do that is in your AOR letter. Most people wait till after BIL or for 2 months, whichever comes first You can also call. But load a lot of airtime as wait times can be long

Nickxander11: Sent you a mail, thanks in advance. Haa egbami. Does IELTS Liz have paid version? Please pardon my ignorance if that's the case o. But IELTS Liz I know is FREE! https://ieltsliz.com/ Someone took time to make free learning materials for people and you're going to pay? Please if you must pay for something, pay for tutor, not materials. Materials are abundant on the web, just search. Even on YouTube, plenty materials, just SEARCH! Wonders will not end o |

Nickxander11: From your last sentence, are you saying it's not necessary to include bank statement so the application will be as "simple as possible'' ? Yes that's what I'm saying. Of course in addition, you need to submit the document that actually shows that you have the money (POF) eg investment letter, FD certificate or even just bank letter sef if what you're doing is just keeping the money in an account. See this, I hope it helps clarify any questions you have on POF. https://www.nairaland.com/6081746/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/224#96370823 |

Emmy2009: While sending the letter for Express entry stipulating that you have worked for a private organisation for a couple of years. Do they ask for a bank statement in order to be sure if you've actually worked for such organisation? If yes? What about individuals that are paid with cash IRCC requested for only reference letter in a particular format. People include bank statement of their free will in order to sleep at night, so it's not very necessary. But if you want to include it and you were paid in cash, you can submit cash salary certificate. If the private company has an online presence and can be verified, there's really no need. I learned from other people's advice to keep your application as simple as possible to avoid unnecessary hassles and background checks |

oty1993: hello house, please if I'm getting a gift deed, should i put it in my regular savings acct, a new savings acct or domiciliary acct It may be better to use your regular account, since you already have data on your account statement. From there you can move it to whatever investment or fixed deposit or account you would like to move it to. In case you need to submit a statement of account at any point. |

Gabriel411: I didnt collect the letter of indebtedness, just the reference letter, I figured since I'm using a gift deed a letter of indeptedness is not necessary. Does the reference letter state that you don't have outstanding loans with the bank? If it does, that's fine. Because basically, what that states is that you're financially credible. IRCC requested certain things be included in the letter from the bank in order to ascertain that. (I may be wrong, but this is only logical considering the things requested). Now different banks have different methods of giving that information, hence the need for the letter of non-indeptedness. But if you feel comfortable going on without it, no probs. Ps: I used gift deed and also collected the non-indeptedness letter. So your call

Gabriel411: Good morning all, a quick one, I am at UBA bank right now to get a reference letter for my POF, the customer service agent is insisting I must do a letter of non indebtedness also, is that necessary, who has done a reference letter from a bank before? Yes, that is the new format they started. Collect the two letters (bank reference and letter of non-indeptedness) to include in your POF documents |

You can apply as a self employed person. But CEO is not the title you will use. Although you will state that you are the director of your company. Is it a registered business? What does your company do? You will choose your NOC based that. Find below documents you need to proof self employment
