I found out that the primary cause of health issues is not the weight of an individual per se, it's the massive consumption of processed food pple consume which the human body isn't designed to digest effectively..
It degrades the body cells with time n eventually cause either cancer in some, kidney failure, diabetes or obesity depending on how strong one's body system is.
Processed foods are just poison n the main cause of infertility most times in women n men alike but pple don't know this.
It may surprise you to know that in just one month of removing anything processed from your diet whether Maggi, curry , bread etc etc, even groundnut oil, any sickness symptoms in ur system will automatically reverse, the over weight ones will feel more energetic n start loosing weight..

I will like to ask the poster..if u as a guy had a friend a fellow guy who was really close to u maybe as a student or as job seeker n he stayed n assisted u from his heart, both of u were there for each other. Somehow he gets a very big job or contract n decides to buy a range rover for his guy for loyalty of friendship all those rough years..there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, if it can be done for an ordinary friend it can be done for a spouse to be too..
