Goodmorning guys, Please is there anyone here who has gotten his /her refund from konga.....If there is I'll like to know how many days it takes after the date of processing before the refund is being made...Thanks in anticipation...

realtem: after all the delays and waste of credit, konga later told me that the ascend w1 i ordered was out of stock that they have refunded it back to my konga account.
They asked me if i wanted the money to remain in my konga account for other transactions or to be deposited to my bank account, anyway me i told them i want my cash and they asked for my account details. Hoping to see the deposit tomorrow

I also ordered for the W1 ascend phone......since the 29th of Nov....though I haven't gotten any call from them but I do hope they refund my money

hello konga I ordered for one ur phones and have paid online ever since but I have not received just a text to acknowledge my payment..........................up till this moment No call has been made across to me to tell me how my item will be shipped,,,at this point I'll say i'm angry I want my order cancelled and my fund sent back to me......How do I go ABOUT IT?
