RomanceRe: Disrespect And Relationships by MissyB3(f): 8:18pm On Nov 21, 2011
•Your man keep looking and groping other women in your presence
Compare you with other women in presence of other women
•He impregnates another woman and wants to raise the child in your family
He belittles and mistreats you in the presence of his friends and family
All of the above. Woe betide that man . . .

FoodRe: Coconut Candle by MissyB3(mod): 11:19am On Nov 21, 2011
ikechukz:
1.cut the coconut into very tiny sizes
2.put it inside a pot,add few drops of water and lots of sugar.
3.continue turning till you get the desired brown colour.
The more sugar you add,the sweeter it gets and it also make it darker.
We have two coconut trees in our house so i do it all the time.
I made and bought a lot of this when I was younger. Yummy!
Use granulated sugar or melt the cubes of sugar in water.

FoodRe: Jollof Rice by MissyB3(mod): 5:23pm On Nov 15, 2011
i always get my jollof rice burnt even after stiring it once(from the begining)  the most painfull part is that, it now looks like too much oil is in it, cuz it always looks watery somehow. As if the water did not dry up!!! what am i doing wrong i need help
As for the rice getting burnt, you could reduce your heat.
Add water gradually, not all at once to prevent the rice from being soggy. Rice, just as pasta, is better if al dente.
FoodRe: Will Eating Only Fruits Cure All Ailments? by MissyB3(mod): 5:18pm On Nov 15, 2011
MyJoe:
The Halleluyah Diet is good if you intend to do it for a short duration, or short durations, that is, some weeks or months a year. No, it does not cure all ailments, but it appears to cure such nasty ailments like diabetes with ease. It is even said to cure cancer, but I am still trying to get more info on that one. The thing  with HD is that it takes all animal and fish products out of your diet. This is beyond vegetarianism, since most vegetarians eat stuffs like eggs and milk. This is veganism. The problem with that is that your body is starved of essential irons and vitamin B12. Vegans and Hallelluyah Dieters have been known to suffer from ailments relating to iron and vitamin B-12 deficiency. You will find a vegan in the US suffering from ailments you only find in places like Somalia.

So if you have a troublesome ailment you believe HD might give you relief from, you may try it. But set yourself the duration so that you can resume consumption of animal and fish products before you suffer any serious damage.

If you are considering going on a diet, I suggest you research your options before deciding on one. There are several - Ayurvedic Diet, the Atkins Diet, and several others I can't recall right now. Personally, I think your Ayurvedic Diet is great. Yes, I have tried stuff like this.

And, whatever you do, don't go on HD if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant!

______________

And, please watch it with Missy_B. I'm a jealous lover. If you ignore this warning I will personally force you to go on the Halleluyah Diet for 10 years.
Lol!
If I were you, Gaggi, I'd run as fast as I can. grin tongue

Gaggi:
I read a book titled Hallelujah Diet by George Malkamus where he wrote that eating only fruits, no proteins, no sugar, no salt, no fat just unprocessed fruits and foods will cure all diseases and make one never fall ill.

I don't know how true this is but i have plans of trying it out. Don't know if anybody ever tried stuff like this?

@Missy B
otemwen vbo ye he? I have a crush on u.  wink kiss
Cure all diseases? I don?t know about that. Fruits are very rich in vitamins though, and certain fruits cure certain ailments.

FoodRe: Eatries That Caters For Weight & Health Conscious People;how Viable? by MissyB3(mod): 11:49am On Nov 11, 2011
There are not more than a handful of such eateries out there. The principal aim of these establishments is to make maxium profit, hence, they cater for the wants of the public at large (majority) not the minority.
