FamilyRe: Medical Examination By Your Brother-In-Law: Right Or Wrong? by MissyB3(f): 10:09pm On Sep 15, 2011
coogar:
you think?

maybe she's been having recurring illness.
Yelz! It's a simple case of like or not.
It depends on who your BIL is [as in, character]. Some will feel more comfortable having their BIL OR FIL treat 'em, for divers reasons.
Plus yes, I'd be comfy being treated by a responsible BIL or FIL who holds in high esteem, the ethics of his profession. It would be like being treated by my dad or brother. One of the advantages is the assurance/feeling of being in the right hands.

Iranoladun:
@coogar and Miss *B*
I'm not comfortable with all the palpitation involve in medical examination been carry out by BIN plus the potential gossips about my medical history 'gbogbo aso ko la nsa loorun' my hubby knows my view but still went ahead and took me to BIN hospital beside I don't think BIN should be treating SIN
This explains it. If your BIL has a mouth like a bad water pipe, then you're right to feel the way you do.
As I earlier guessed, it's about being treated by your BIL not being treated by a BIL.

**Excuse the lapsus, I meant BIL in my penultimate post, not BIN**

coogar:
you know it depends on the kind of illness she's got. . . .

if it involves stripping herself to be examined, the poster might be uncomfortable.
Understood, if that's the case. It's still not a right-wrong issue, nonetheless.

I'm sick and my husband took me to his brothere's hospoital even though he knows I don't like it
The poster's comment implies she has a problem with being treated, at all, by her BIL.
The discomfort precedes this present illness. . . .It's not about her ''privacy''.

Why is this even an issue of right or wrong?

FoodRe: Nonstick Vs Stainless Steel by MissyB3(mod): 9:29pm On Sep 14, 2011
Non-stick all the way. I only use stainless steel to cook pasta, that's because it's like boiling water.
With non-stick pots, there's less possibility of burning food.

Theoretically, I've always known that growing up/old comes with responsibilities but, Lord, this is hard to accept when it's time to handle certain responsibilities. . . .Worse still, I know not where to start from.
Non mi piace così . . . .Non ce la faccio piiiiiiiiiù.

Dai, Missy, forza!
You're not one to break down or give up easily [almeno, non lo devi far vedere], però, se la pensi bene, you'll admit there's, at least, a modicum of truth in those words, e tutto quello che è stato detto, è stato detto per il tuo bene.

Comunque, un sober reflection si deve fare. . . .Un cambiamento ci deve essere e, la crescita must take place.
