I work at computer village. If you don't trust street boys, walk into shops that have what you seek. Examine what the shop owner or his assistant offers you.
Satisfied? Pay and collect receipt.
You may demand warantee clause included in the receipt/invoice.
If the product develops issue within warantee period, feel free to return it back for rectification.
You stand a higher chance of been scammed there if you shop from street boys in the evening (close of work).

Police in the Ugandan capital Kampala have arrested a Nigerian national who they say is a notorious drug trafficker with links to neighboring Kenya.
Fred Enanga, Uganda’s police spokesperson, told reporters here on Thursday that 48-year-old Odunaye Olukayode, was arrested with 10 grams of heroin, 10 grams of cocaine, 10 grams of cocaine dust, unspecified amount of bicarbonate and a tin of Epsom salt at Salaama in Makindye, a Kampala suburb.
Enanga said Olukayode has been getting supplies of narcotic drugs from his network and a syndicate in Kenya.
“We received credible information about a Nigerian national who deals in drugs. Our criminal intelligence team and detectives carried out an operation, tracked him down and was arrested at his residence,” said Enanga.
“We are trying to find out how big this racket is because we have intelligence that a number of foreigners especially Nigerians, Congolese, South Sudanese are amongst those who continue to manipulate some of the systems in place to keep the illegal narcotic business ongoing,” he said.
The suspect will be charged with unlawful possession of narcotic drugs.
The police recorded 2,750 cases of narcotics in 2019 compared to 2,890 cases in 2018, reflecting a 4.8% decrease, according to the annual crime report released here on Tuesday.
Uganda is seen as a transit point for drug traffickers from South America and Southeast Asia.
