Wat i find out is dat, these AGENTS compulsorily make d payment 2years so they can charge would -be tenant a maximum charge and collect more 4m the Landlord. coz if u pay d Landlord a year, dey will charge 10/20 % of d sum.
AT LONG RUN DEY COLLECT CLOSE TO WAT D LANDLORD RCVD ON HIS INVESTMENT!!!

I think the reason most prospective tenant face all there 'Agents wahala' Is because they patronise the wrong people(i.e. D road side agents)who place adverts 4 vacancies on a chalk board in front of there shop/office(4 those who even have office).I think ESTATE SURVEYORS AND VALUER are the rite ppl 2 patronise 4 easier and smooth services.They work in accordance with the profession's code of conducts. Which makes it impossible 2 render unsatisfactory services 2 clients.So always go 4 ESTATE SURVEYORS AND VALUERS
