I no longer have a preference for any party. I've decided that it's ok for GMB to win. We just need to prevent presidential abuse.

Good. Then all we ask is for you to be neutral and unbiased in the admin of Nairaland, particularly the politics section. No one is asking you to favour any party. Just be neutral in dissemination of information, stop selective choice of FP topics and avoid extensive twisting of FP topics.
I am neither a supporter of GEJ nor Buhari, but the obvious slanting of news in favour of GEJ / PDP is unacceptable.

Nairaland politics section is long gone to the dogs. Seun has never hidden his preference for PDP / GEJ with his 'inadvertent' actions. He appoints moderators that will do his bidding and take the fall for his misdeeds while he is seen as neutral and 'the knight in shining armor'
Those are obstacles we have to face as we battle to achieve our desired change come 2015.

What has become of Nairaland? Why Nairaland become so hopelessly skewed in favour of GEJ and his PDP army.
Why not just remain neutral for goodness sake.
Why not leave topics the way they are? Why edit topic/title name so as to suit their desires? Why the selective choice of pro-GEJ topics on the front page.

I have 2 case in sight, both happened today.

1) The first topic was clear and the title was “ Rochas Declares For Presidency". By the time, it got to first page, the title was edited to " Rochas Declares For Presidency, Dismisses Northern Zoning Arrangement". This was done to favour GEJ and his TANoids and spite the effort of APC and all northerners in general.

2) Second was also very clear, and the content aligns with the initial title name "Insulting The President (GEJ) Is Now A Punishable Offence". By the time it got to front page, Seun and his biased mods deliberately changed it to "Please Stop Insulting The President On Social
Media"

Seun, and mods. Report news the way they are. Stop tweaking to serve your interests. Nairaland, neutral, my foot.

1) Not banning monikers but comments - Well, let's see
how it works. It's a good initiative but I don't know if it is
workable, especially Nairaland politics section. You
might likely be overwhelmed at the number of posts and
comments you will hide.
3) Inviting notable people for an interactive session - I
will say that's a nice idea. Workability still remains a
challenge, since this is an internet based forum. I hope

@ Mixty, I actually do have a plan to go for my masters immediately after my nysc n here I come to Nairaland n on opening this thread I start seeing professional this n that.... is it so wrong to ask a simple question n to b provided with a straightforward answer? N what if I didn't av a plan? Is it bad for the ' so called' matured n experienced ones like you to put the younger generation through this phase?

For a pharmacologist, an MSc will be better than a professional course. You can decide to go for any of the variety of health related fields that can open up your chances in multinational companies or international NGO's.

Now tell me which one of them is directly involves in production or processes? let me break it down....these two work hand in hand but Chemical Engineer must always be around plants and monitor process/unit operation to make sure things run smothly base on his knowledge of Chemistry,maths, physics,and other applied sciences. A mech Engineer is about the planning(plant design which cant be done without the ChemENG),fabricate and do maintenance work when need be.But a chem eng on the other hand must be on ground 24/7 at the plant to manage it.Please read about the two oh.Am A chem Eng by the way,bulk of our works rarely involve fabrication,in fact we dont do workshop much.The Mechs does that.We research deeper on processes and productions,they dont do much in that aspect except if its on their machine .I did not really mean Mech Eng are not involves in production....they do infact they are there anywhere there is a machine but the Chemical Engineers are also known as process Engineer.Thanks

You are wrong. Tiimmy is right.
You need to stop interpreting words using English terminologies in engineering, like a layman. Go online and check the official definition of production engineering, and then ask yourself if it relates more with chemical or mechanical engineering.
