Magoosh GRE available for a token. Expires May 2020

How long does it take schools to acknowledge receipt of test scores in USA. I sat for GRE on Nov 19th. And my applications still shows that they haven’t received it.
Also, i applies to a school in HongKong as a back up, but they haven’t received my toefl scores which I had sent since 4 weeks ago.

Please is there anyone with a candid opinion about GRE registration. I have paid for about 2 weeks now, 45k and still yet to be registered. I hope GRE registration of 45k is not scam. Cos I keep getting info from the guys that ETS upgraded their site and that registration is not going for now.
