The girl I am with now started professing love for me even when we were just friends and I rarely notice her.

When it comes to issues like this, my only advice to u is just let them go ahead with their decisions over that property, like I always say "mi o le mi wahala" , you still have a long way to go than getting yourself into a mess with ur siblings, and to think u are from a polygamous home, it's better u let them sell, get your share and move on with your life or you ignore the share and plan your own life. Having got that out of the way...

1.In April 2014...oil prices fell....and kept on falling till in 2016, oil was at $30 per barrel, down from $75 per barrel in 2015...which was down from $120 in Jan 2014....

2.As things stand now, oil is at $60 per barrel.

3,Because of the drop in oil revenues, in order to keep our heads above water....WE HAVE HAD TO BORROW.

4.Also, as has been stated elsewhere...we need oil to be at least $100 per barrel before we can have a good economy( that is why in 2011-14, we had a good economy because oil was above $90 during those times).

5.As long as oil is below $100 per barrel, we would have to borrow. We have no choice.

6.If you want government to stop borrowing...good. I think so too. But that means that in return, salaries would not be paid at all, taxes would be at rates of 50-60% on everyone, including people earning below N50000monthly who are excluded from taxation,and our country would be broke. We would also have to remove subsides on everything..which means fuel would cost N300 and above per liter because now we cannot afford subsides.

7.Ultimately, borrowing has to continue....and EVEN if oil gets up to the ideal of $139 per barrel....which is where we need it not to borrow...we still have to pay off debts accruring previously.


We were here before , from 1982-1991, and again from 1992-2003.

The only way forward is simple....Nigeria must industrialse. Yes, it sounds fanciful, but we must take the hard road to industrialization. There is no ther way, and sadly APC nor PDP have the ideas we need.

We must also cut every subsidy in the fuel and power sector...so that we can save money and attract investors who will build our power and petrol sectors to the point where we can fuel our industrial development.

Nigeria must get off oil.

So I went to visit my parents earlier dz morning at OTIOTIO STRT in bayelsa state. As I was coming back, saw dz huge crowd comprising of POLICE, VIGILANTE and the town boys at OPOLO just after the MARKET SQUARE BUILDING. What happened? 3 young boys attacked a keke napep driver and his passengers and collected their belongings (atleast that's what I was told). Unfortunately for the thieves, 2 of them were caught by the town boys/vigilante group and were machete beyond recognition. The 3rd one is on the run. God save us. Pls be careful when u are in a keke this days.

Greetings family-landers, I'm having this issue which has been bordering me, I finished service last year, recently got an online side hustle which gives me 30k per month.

And at 26,I'm no longer comfortable staying at home with my parents, I can't hang out late with my friends without my parents drowning my phone with calls, as early as 8.pm at night the calls will start flowing as if I'm a customer care agent. (really frustrating)

Almost all my guys are living on their own, and to make matters worse, I can't receive any female visitor cos of my religious parents and lack of privacy.

On the flip side, I'm scared if a 30k monthly salary can be enough for a guy who wants to rent and probably furnish a self-con of 70-80k per year. (I'm not the extravagant type)

I've never lived alone so I'm really confused if I should make this move at this point in my life.

Here's a thing about mmm u don't know.
Your money is not directly in mmm, so they can't scam u.
U help others and others help u.
Steps.
Someone just joining gives help by manually selecting the option, then someone who needs to withraw gets help from that person. The help giver pays him through bank or Mobile bank app. Mmm doesn't involve themselves with the Payment.
Once the help giver does this he makes sure he screenshot the transaction and mmm workers verify his payment and gives him an equivalent amount of mavro meaning mmm money. So at the end of the 30th day you get your 30% and another person who wants to give help pays you this time since you'd be withdrawing.
If this process of getting help and providing help was very fast it means people in the system are few, but man it takes minimum of 5 days depending on how lucky you are.
So people just say things they don't know.
