tommy589: Each region had their identities before independence and the identities were impressed in the constitution. Agitations for biafra, arewa oodua etc republic is frying pan to fire. Are governors not collecting allocations, how have they impacted in citizens? Imagine these same people at the helms of affairs of an independent nation. Find out the allocations 2nd republic governors received and how life was meaningful I understand you, but I don't fully agree. The 3 proposed countries will in fact, foster their cultures and identities better than it is being done now. They will also have the federal backing and control to do so. I can't speak for other regions, but for the East, the Politicians we know of today are viewed by the majority as Colonial Warrant Chiefs. They don't have the hearts and love of our people like Dr Michael Okpara, Ojukwu did, and today, like Kanu does in various parts. These Politicians will have no place in Biafra. |

aribisala0: I am not sure what your points are maybe you can summarize?
Anyhow you made the statement that Forsyth is a neutral. That is very important so you need to go and better inform yourself then come back My last book was Alabi-Isama's "The Tragedy of War" and prior to that, I had read articles and reports of life before and after. So far, Fredericks accounts seem to be the most factual. Please note, that at this point, I'm only talking about the pre-war aspects. Refer to my initial comments for my points. |

I just finished that book. Any one who has read it, what are your thoughts?
I'm of the opinion that despite Alabi-Isama calling OBJ a liar, I think he himself lied and twisted the truth spectacularly. Is there any one with integrity left in the upper-echelon of Nigeria's society?

You'd be insane to think that intelligence about the happenings within the Zoo and Africa does not reach the heads of states of the superpowers.
It all comes down to interests though. They will not support it, till it is in their interests. The good thing for the Biafrans though is that we have the human capital. I'll be mentioning Biafra to my OIC in my unit. I urge my other brothers and sisters in the military and the various professions around the world to plant the seed. Justice must be served, regardless of how long it takes.
Our whispers will turn thunder. Our cries will turn to laughter.

I honestly can't take this country seriously. Probably the worst I have ever seen. The problems are self-inflicted.
How do you expect one to have the slightest hint of Nationalism for a country like this?
Biafra might not solve all the issues we have, but at least, the average Biafran will have so much pride and nationalistic spirit, that to carry shovel begin build road for your street for free no go hard you.

cazchi: The people of the Eastern region migrated en-masse to western countries after the genocide. They all had children. I won't be surprised if the number is in the millions, around the world. Makes sense. Man, anyi nwere mmadu. This gives me so much joy, pride and sense of nationalism. I once crossed paths with an ex soldier in the Finnish Army who hails from Delta. Ovamboland: [s]Kanu is a fugitive from the law and has been implicated in terrorist activities. Did USA apply to Pakistan for extradition of Osama? They simply went in to another country to eliminate him. Let USA come and give us lecture on human rights, and due process.
You people really hate Kanu and are further complicating his predicament with your childish statements putting forlon hope on international law hardly enforced. Your elders are doing the only wise thing left but inexperienced youths are beating empty chest.
Shey you see how they sanctioned Israel for kidnapping Adolf Eichmann a Nazi SS boss and not applying to Argentina for extradition? He was later tried and hanged in Israel for his crimes. USA UK Germany and UN did nothing.
You need to read wide to broaden your horizon. One of the laws guiding a terrorist is never to get caught. Once caught his human rights is hardly a consideration, nobody except his supporters care, that's why UK is saying nothing about how he was arrested, for all you care MI5 and Mossad might be involved in his rendition.[/s] Terrorist? Lol Try him then. Bring him to court and try him! |

gidgiddy: These people said that Nnamdi Kanu was insulting people, calling for the presidents head, ordering that security forces be killed, and inciting people to violence
Sunday Igboho did none of that, but his house was raided and people killed, just as was done to Kanu
But when it came to standing up for Igboho, who they said was opposite of Kanu, they were no where to found Thats Nigerians for you. True blood Biafrans stand by "Onye aghara nwanne ya" |
Politics › Re: Igboho Under Extradition Procedure Back To Nigeria – DSS by mmanwuijele: 1:20am On Nov 24, 2021 |
Turbantheigbos: Nnamdi Kanu is already a dead man- believe it! Soon enough his soul shall be departed he who dares instigate a war against the government- believe it!
Sunday igboho, however, stands a chance. He has won about two cases in court, one of which was the release of his aides. Igboho would learn thereof to consult appropriate channels of authorities than assume unto himself the power of an executive. Of the two, Kanu has no hope in sight.
Al-turbani speaks! You are not God. Yahweh, Chukwu Okike Abiama, will destroy this evil plan of yours and MNK and the Biafrans shall break free. |

With everything I'm worth, I say this.
From now to the end of time, so far as "Nigeria" exists as a country, it will not get better.
Millions of people have died in the hands of this unjust contraption, hundreds of million have been displaced or had their lives significantly changed.
The ferocity in which Biafra will develop will shock the world. We have people even willing to work for free..

JaroMan: People don't know that Igbo Leaders have given Buhari and FG an escape route. The case is a national embarrassment and worse is: same Buhari tried such thing with Umaru Dikko and failed. The government is jumping at it while pretending to dragging feet. So many people don't get this bro. I don't fully blame them. Many Nigerians are blind to reality. The Sovereign State whose Immigration stamp is the last on MNK's passport has LITERALLY said officially that he was not extradited and that Nigeria acted alone. Do people know how my laws Nigeria hastily broke? I wish his case went ahead on the 10th. Its funny how they looked for any reason to adjourn it. Lmao I still stand on my previous point that their plan was to kill him in Kenya and then flee. They failed at that and then panicked. God dey! |
