Your university is expected to transmit your transcript ONLY while you (the applicant) are to expected to upload your Certificate or Statement or Result on your portal.

Please check your WES Account Timeline to identify the section you are required to upload your Certificate.

It doesn't state in the required documents that I should submit my degree certificate. I actually just called them and they said they haven't received my documents. The issue might be the reference number because the university portal for sharing documents doesn't include anywhere to add the reference number.

Although the university confirmed on their page that WES said they can match documents by names and date of birth

Have you uploaded the degree certificate(s) or statement of results of the documents you sent to WES?

If yes, then WES is probably yet to receive the documents from your school. Call Birmingham to know the status of your documents request.

If no, quickly upload the certificate/SOR associated with the academic documents you sent to WES.

Lastly, call WES directly to confirm if your docs have been received from Birmingham, sometimes they are slow to update.

I'm I supposed to upload my certificate on the portal also. I doesn't say that on the website because the required documents lists only my transcript which is supposed to be transmitted from my university?

Should I go ahead and just upload my certificate?

please i have paid for WES and submitted my documents electronically but my status is still reading "Awaiting Documents". Its been about 14 business days. Is something wrong abi this is their typically timeline for processing documents. I submitted my documents electronically from Uni of Birmingham UK.

My school is University of Birmingham
All you need is grant access to WES on your student portal after payment. They will see my certificate and transcript online directly
I'll let you know how long it takes.

You can check the portal for the notification. When I checked online I was able to download it.

A registered engineer where you work can sign that for you and affix his/her security seal in the space provided below.

one last question the proposers form it is either seal and sign or seal and stamp

Your work experience form can be signed by a engineering person provided he is your boss where you work. So the person doesn't necessarily need to be up to date financially on the COREN portal.

On the Other hand, your two proposers must be registered engineering personnel with up-to-date payment on the COREN portal
