If he wasn't reported and made it up so he can leave, then he is definitely not coming back.
If he was truly reported and you don't believe it, it doesn't matter as he will definitely not be coming back.
I can't think of another outcome.

madridsta007: True. The point is that it's not even a "leak." It's updated which anyone there at PTDF should normally give. But he brought some sanity and some directions here, sort of, and it's funny that he was reported. Like I said, "Nigerians sha". Anyway, we are waiting. thats the part i doubt that he was reported by whom?? online ( their mail or their tweeter handle) or in person at the office?? and how did he get to find out that somebody reported him and why would anybody do that after all the only thing he said was that the list will likely be out this week he didnt even mention that LSS will be out before OSS and that they would be contacted by email apart from that he said OSS will be contacted today i dunno if he is really their staff or not and maybe he has info about the list coming out this week that is also possible i just doubt that he was REPORTED |

madridsta007: Well, there are persons here who are close to officials at PTDF. It's a matter of saying to these officials that, "there are leaks", and then this is raised in a morning meeting.
Any staff who was here giving updates would, naturally, get worried and shut down his/her account. My brother if you really look at it which leak did he give really ?? Apart from saying likely the list will be out this week. My own opinion sha I don't buy it The list could be out today like he said but I don't think its privileged info |

Nigerians sha. The way some people here reason. Someone is helping you with updates of a test-release date and you find fault in it. Why?
Gosh!
Anyway he's gone. I guess those who chased him off are happy to resume groping in the dark. I don't believe that story that people were complaining. Who were they complaining to and how did he get to find out that people were complaining. |

peterayoola7: Morning All,
This is the first time am commenting here about #ReleaseTheList campaign
I have a friend whose blood-sister is in UK now under the auspices of PTDF for PhD. She travelled in January this year and since January she have not been paid a dime! PTDF gave her full sponsorship letter for a fully funded scholarship. However, they are now saying it is a Partial Scholarship... She travelled from London to Abuja this week and she was at PTDF Towers in Abuja to state her claims and you know what?
She said all PTDF Management Board and those in charge of the scholarship are not in the country as we speak. So, there is nothing like LIST BEING RELEASED until dey return.
They even told her 'hopefully' upper week, they will release the list... Can you imagine NOT EVEN NEXT WEEK o... Hopefully Upper week!... We need to make sure we get to the front page of Newspaper headlines. It is disheartening that the Senate is on break now to resume 19th September or so...
We need to do something and act fast about this... PLEASE LET US VERIFY THIS FIRST
Now who can help us verify this info...or who has links to any staff of PTDF to put a call to them to verify the authenticity of this information... Hopefully upper week ke?
Thanks and Good Morning She was mislead Its not true that none of them are in the country |

My Thoughts are it's just that their is no need for another test, why not just take the best candidates from this test. Instead of spending money to organise another test and pick the best, when you can do that from the first test |

TKThankyou: True bro, but it isn't out of place for people to think about scores. just that it maybe best for them to withhold the scores. What will be pass in state A may be fail in state B and then trust youths with the tool called social media.
Just pray and don't give up. As far as it was publicly advertised, people will get that job on merit. Even if its one person....
#prayingforthebest. I agree completely |

DPRmoniker: Based on the public notice released by DPR today, The following could be said:
1. Those hoping and praying that the recruitment process be cancelled because of ordinary letter can now go to sleep or rest in peace.
2. I cannot vividly recall CBN and FIRS releasing such statement when it was alleged that they are doing backdoor recruitment.
3. From paragraph 3 of the notice . . . "rigorous and competitive" . . . hmmm what are they up to this time? I trust DPR and #IStandWithDPR based on previous recruitment history. Even though NNPC, Chevron, ExxonMobil, Shell, etc do not show candidates their test scores, if DPR can show theirs, candidates will be glad.
4. From paragraph 5 (last one), ". . . the outcome and subsequent stages of the exercise", I suspect there is more than one stage remaining. There might be something else before the oral interview. Could they be considering assessment centres or second test?
5. For those trying to force it down on others that the process has been hijacked and everybody hoping to get it by merit is wasting time; if you are convinced that the final list is already prepared through backdoor, then, why are you here on this thread? Why not go to the Access Bank ATMs in Unilag and watch movies? I heard they are showing por.n videos there. It is massive hypocrisy to force it on others that it's strictly a connection thing, yet you are hanging around here. Comot make those wey believe continue! The outcome could be just PASS/successful or otherwise they may not publish scores |

jsleekysleeky: Sharrap there abeg! . No one is saying the GM Edu & Training should not treat go for medical checkup. But the process should not be delayed because he has to take care of himself. That's why there is chain of command, if you are in position of authority and you are indisposed let the next person in charge handle the job. In sane climes, this is what happens. For God's sake the GM is highly compensated for his job (that's why he can even afford health care outside Nigeria). If he can't do it. He should delegate it. That's called doing your job. He is not doing anyone a favor. Don't come here under the guise of being "humble" and "responsible" to lick the boots or kiss the ass of official not doing his job. The process wasn't delayed because of him, last year they did the exam very early and the success list came out months before the start of programs abroad and I believe it was the same guy in charge. My point is I don't think he's being absent changed anything even the guys who said he travelled for medical just assumed that's what slowed the process they weren't sure. |

#MyOpinion
A lot of people are forming holier than thou this is our Nigeria of today
The easiest thing to do is to look over our own shoulder and blame everybody else for our troubles
We (including myself) are all part of the corrupt system, some of us give bribe some collect bribe somebody bye-passes his meter e.t.c
We are very imperfect but expect everybody else to be saints
Am not justifying what the Cheif Whip Did it's wrong but keep in mind that most people have tried to do the runs
And some are looking for a way to do it, if you visit the senators or reps almost 90% of people coming looking for favors
And I think this DPR recruitment is by far one of the best compared to CBN and all the others that were done in secret
So in essence don't lose hope because I believe surely they will take some on merit and others by Man know Man |

harmonizo: The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has, for the umpteenth time, reiterated that it has not launched a recruitment campaign of any kind for now.
The latest clarification is coming on the heels of a fresh recruitment advert purportedly from the Corporation being circulated by e-mails and on various social media platforms.
A statement by the Corporation’s spokesman, Mr. Ndu Ughamadu, disclosed that the advert which is on a fake letterhead complete with NNPC logo is purportedly signed by the Group Managing Director, Dr. Maikanti Baru, and the Chief Operating Officer, Refineries, Mr. Anibor Kragha, and directs unsuspecting applicants to send their applications to a fake e-mail address: nnpccareersrecruitment@gmail.com.
Shedding more light on the scam, Mr. Ughamadu said another form of the scam involved text messages, e-mails, and letters inviting gullible job seekers for fake job interviews at the NNPC Towers and other locations across the country with a view to extorting money from them.
He called on members of the public, especially applicants, to discountenance any of such adverts or spurious invitations for job interviews as the Corporation was currently not recruiting, stressing that anyone who entertains such invitations does so at his or her own risk.
Mr. Ughamadu advised that anyone contacted for the purpose of the fake recruitment should not hesitate to report such invitations to relevant law enforcement agencies, adding that the Corporation would continue to engage security agencies on the scam.
He said NNPC Management under the leadership of Dr. Maikanti Baru would sustain the prevailing culture of transparency and accountability which has witnessed the conduct of open public bidding in sourcing for contractors and suppliers of goods and services for its day-to-day operations, including recruitment exercises, stressing that NNPC will advertise all vacant positions in national newspapers whenever it was ready to recruit. I hear the official one will be out in the last quarter |
