I already said this with certainty long before that the strategic partnership is a free tuition scholarship and PTDF will just spend only living allowances, therefore, saving costs.

PTDF will still need the strategic partners to accept the people who they recommend. So just because u received a mail as regards Germany doesn't mean u should start celebrating. If u don't meet what the partners require, u will be removed.

The UK Scholarship is controlled solely by PTDF.

I think PTDF should sort all that out before they send mails to scholars on the country.
I am sure they will try Germany and France and China based on the ones that admit you

I asked because I hv a feeling d invites are done zone by zone, because d pple getting calls seem 2be only frm d North n d west. I'm not insinuating its been hijacked by d North. So if u have a more concrete info u can let us knw.

In my own experience I've never heard of any recruitment done zone by zone.

Besides you need to know majority of the people called to deduce that they are mainly from the north and west

My application has been with the UKVI sheffield office for 11 working days now (even with the so called priority) and no decision mail. :-(
Is this normal/common? The wait is not easy at all and my start date next week ....

But I just called Sheffield and they said a decision hasn't been made
They escalated the case sha, saying it will take another 15 working days after escalating it
