Don't think the letter was fake after all there was a received stamp on it

Most recruitments are shady that has always been something everybody knows,
I know it's wrong but I don't get why people are surprised because it doesn't change anything
Everybody knew all this when they wrote the test besides their is no guarantee they will honor his list
And to be honest I don't really blame the Cheif Whip am sure he was put in pressure as well to issue the letter
After all it's the applicants that run to their representatives to give them a letter

I remember for CBN the list of candidates that got the job was released not even recommendations

If you remember even though Sahara reporters leaked CBN list nothing really happened
Besides no crime was actually committed the Cheif whip said they should consider his list and that all
Even if their is any backlash it's going to be on the National Assembly and the Cheif Whip Particularly
DPR did a test and that's all they never said they were going to honor the list

The list of candidates from chief whip is already trending on twitter. You know what next? They might cancel the recruitment process and they can now peacefully fill all the positions with candidates they like. Nigerians never learn, cant we just accept that recruitment process can never be 100% based on merit? Soon the 20 to 30% that get on merit will no longer be. All those who think leaking that list will change anything about how Nigeria does her recruitment is just a big fool. If it will only make the cabals more cautious next time that is if they advertise anything like this again.

Why will they cancel it just because of this letter!!

truth is that house of reps did not really want to help them. he just did that to make them feel good. A grouped letter of introduction? really? When the whole senate may just have 3-5 slots.

please guys don't break your head over it besides, a good number of persons will get it on merit. my pity is just for the guy who had that name tag, he may be victimised.

@meetgaya, take down that picture immediately. You should not expose official correspondence like that. You can be victimised or even punished for that.

There are several lists like this (sent for individuals and groups as this) from both the Senate and HoR. Not all recommendation letters will be treated but those who have a connection or oversight duties with MPR and also some principal officers may be considered.

Please, protect the identities of those candidates.....

My thoughts are that everybody would love to be on a list if opportunity dey, but we condemn everybody else that does it

I believe the DPR recruitment will take both on MERIT and based on HIGH POWERED connections as well.
i know the last time they took guys on merit,(DUNNO IF ITS UPTO 70% sha)
from what i hear the recruits are going to be about 500
and about 65,000 took the test, so that means everybody's chance (including me) is about 0.7% of
getting the job.
So the important thing is to make an effort by preparing and giving your best for the test then you pray
as much as you can.
