Yesterday in my school, the Muslim Student's Society organised a seminar on campus. The theme of the programme was centered around Biblical and Quranic support for science and western education but the guest speaker was bad mouthing Christianity and terming Jesus 'a bastard' and he not being the son of God, and how the Book of Matthew is fiction. Some students approached him and kindly asked him to focus on the theme of the gathering but he refused. Students didnt allow the programme continue.
Although i am not in support of the student's action, but i could'nt stop wondering what would have happened if the whole ish was the other way round.
People have freedom of speech, if you feel insulted, you either sue them, insult back or keep quiet...you dont kill..especially when your religion is that of 'peace.'

In actuality, you are expected to provide the originals of such hard documents, but i suppose you already presented same on your own application, so, i expect that they already have a verified copy of the document in question. Therefore, this will take the discretion of the visa officer to either accept a copy of the marriage certificate or reject it.
These said, i still don't think you can apply for a visa for your wife, i think you can only support it, she is to make the application for herself.

If she is married, then she should provide the certificate. The baby's birth certificate is not good enough since it doesn't take only a married woman to have a baby. By the way, what do you mean you are applying for a visa for your wife?

So am asking can I print three scanned copy and submit

Just think about it
Why in the first place did he bring up the issue about an unknown aircraft
I don't think their is anyway an aircraft can crash a building
Then if really it's a controlled demolition or a terrorist attack
How much dynamite would be needed to drop a building like that
And how long would it take to to plant all the bombs or dynamite?
In my opinion I think it's just negligence on the building
