Hello my peeps, been a while, Mehn the hustle dey real.

@ Modath, I hail oh. just take it easy on the political talks before some people go come waylay you.

That sockaway story really touched me, I remembered my days in Feddy Owerri, in my JS3, I almost fell inside a sockaway. I stepped and the spot just collapsed thank God I was as fit as I just carry the second leg and jumped over as in I felt the heat from the sockaway as I was jumping. If Nah now wey I don fat and not to fit, I for fall inside am.

Please let's all be careful and watch our kids...
Me wey a get ode-eshi, nobody fit see me, if we plan to catch today, na tomorrow go appear. grin grin

We thank God for your life my sis, his protection & mercy over our lives.

As for watching kids, w can't ever be careful enough, it's all God's grace & mercy..... while in the US, one of the nurses told me a story that not only scared the heck outta me, (I almost had such an experience but mercy said NO) I learnt a major lesson thereafter....

A new mum (probably exhausted) fell asleep while cuddling her fussy baby & the baby fell from her grip & got a cracked skull.... cry

propaganda and reality doesn't match don't u think? maybe we are all entitled to forex, but do we all get it frm d central bank? there was a report of parents lamenting cos it's hard sending money to their kids, d President said not being able to access forex is a tough luck n anyone that can't pay tuition should withdraw his kid from foreign institutions. after all that a govt official came out to say he got just 8k forex to pay his daughter's tuition... add all that up, b objective a lil n u will get my point
I don't know how to get through to you, so i'll stop trying,

People still get Forex for PTA, medical & School fees, it's just not enough to go round!!! i even used Olisa Metuh (an opposition figure) as an example of Forex allocation for tuition fees, Banks publish returns for allocated Forex every week, do your findings... Thx.

d account wasn't hacked, PDP tweeted that on purpose. they wanted a response, n dey got it already. they said 800k, Shehu admitted it was 8k, in a civil society, Shehu would av resigned cos he got d 8k USD using his privilege as a govt official which is wrong, esp considering wat PMB said in Al-Jazeera. though PDP denied d tweet, can Shehu deny his response? they just plc a stain on d party's image
Go through this thread & see how people who don't even know even a gateman at the bank access Forex for their needs....

Do you realise Every Nigerian is entitled to $4k ( on presentation of valid docs) USD at CBN rate every quarter?

Check how many still access FormA for medical bills, Even Olisa Metuh got USD from Diamond for his child's tuition, it was in the dailies...

Me? Tribal bigotry? Reallyhuh , you have the wrong person, I wasn't raised by Hyenas!! cool

The bail conditions are steep as should be the case when the crime/offence is grave, however some people have made it a point of duty to complain about "harsh" bail conditions whenever evil doers are being served..

We know the usual suspect won't raise objection in this case cos it doesn't align with their sentiments...

Mo ain't gona blame no peasant Fulani here, I blame past leaders for their ineptitude n irresponsibility n its an op for the present government to score a socioeconomic point vital to the peace n economy of this country. Stroll with me Mo...... Fulanis and host communities or guest ,as it may apply , have been living together for several decades n know how they resolve their conflicts until recently less than or about a decade where the whole of d middle belt most especially fall into a design war sort of. I do not trust PDP in its devilish ambition to rule Nigeria for ever or how do u want me to explain the PDP sponsored 2011 post election violence the sponsorship of which they tried so hard to pin on GMB until Abati n the Presidency were disgraced by a libel suit where they, including the Guardian newspaper ,apologised to GMB?
Didn't you notice how the war in the middle belt reduced drastically suddenly the moment PDP lost power?

When citizens take laws into their hands , it means the political leaders have failed in their responsibility to secure lives and properties of the citizens.

We import 70% of d milk we drink from Holland n SA so can't we use modern agriculture to serve us? A typical 'bush' Fulani cares not about any social amenities but green grasses n so strategies should b evolved so that his cows wouldn't stray into crop farmers ' fields. And the only solution is that all diary farmers be made to have fenced piece of planned land or farm having relevant grasses n legumes with water source ,veterinary ,and extension services attached. Holy Jesus, I see a lot of jobs being created from this alone. Laws against free range that is inimical to other famers should be made as well as provisions that protect the nomads too. ll give an example , in a village close to Abuja, Fulani leaders n crop farmers do charge any rearer that allows his herd to eat others crops illegally up to N20,000 or more.

As long as money meant to fight desertification ,n for other dev projects are stolen, the more nomads move towards south ,the more tension we ll continue to experience.

We ain't saying nomads are angels here, in fact we condemn their disregard for others' right to their environment, lives and livelihoods.

But the cause of this malady would any serious well wisher want to discuss: corruption and ineptitude which removes the balls from any infected politician from implementing lasting policies beyond soapmaking, motorcycle and sewing machine sharing to a poor few.

Modern agriculture, law and order, and the sincere political will mixed in the right proportion are just remedy.
Learnt something from the highlighted , thanks... & truly, sincerity of purpose is key.

This is one thing that irks me to no end, I've disliked this indiscriminate cattle drive since time immemorial..

What is so difficult for these people to understand about their freedom of movement terminating just before it crosses to destruction of other people's investments & livelihood..

It is totally unacceptable that people can't feel at home in their own lands because of some murderous herdsmen whose culture supports a nomadic lifestyle...

Can't they restrict their cattle drive to the north?
