Having discovered the error in Tinubu's case, they should re~triad him. That's what we are saying.
Anything aside this is injustice and witch hunting to Saraki, not his fan though.
Pls read & understand what double jeopardy means & limitations of the law, then come back & edit.

& witch hunting is not an acceptable legal defense.

If there is anything like justice in this country then Tinubu should be picked up and properly tried, the CCT haven acknowledged and accepted that it erred in its judgement.
Chief, set aside personal feelings & familiarise yourself with the concept in law referred to as "double jeopardy"

Would clear you of some things, fresh evidence is the key here.

My point was not whether it is right to give collateral or not. The post I quoted disputed the authenticity of the information as posted by the original poster.

Nne, I am not crying about anything. I did not even comment on the programme and now you are forcing me to.. If you sincerely say that this guy has not disappointed you disproportionately, Then I will reserve my comment

But can you tell me why he had to scrap YOUWIN only to start something similar? One thing I love so much about the YOUWIN thing is the mentorship and staggered release that was determined by progress. Any obvious reasons for scraping this laudable project? May be corruption?

A friend applied for a similar loan (N2m) through NYSC scheme. I accepted to be his guarantor. All of a sudden, he called to tell me he was no longer interested. Why? The guys insisted that they will have to purchase all equipment he will need....scary?
Agabs, there is no dispute about authenticity it is the intent that is in question...

No, I am not disappointed in this Admin, my faith couldn't be more alive, now that the budget has passed.... You also don't get to be, you had no expectations so you should be pleased you are being proved right as it is.

We won't discuss the merit or demerit of YOUWIN, on some matters, I would never exhume the skeleton of a dead horse.

However economic development is only effective when it is widely spread & far reaching... Equipping a few isn't nationalistic & we are yet to see any significant impact of any awardee(yet)

Agabs, as humans,we only see what we want to see & we are not likely to agree on anything, so let's agree to disagree....

Former governors must be carried along. They must be involved in all the affairs of the party so that we can get it right.”
What's with the Musthuh Na by force? Are they that broke?

Thought 90% of these people "took" enough to last their unborn generations 3 lifetimes lived concurrently?

Former governors that we helped put in office forgot us.
They forgot you or they aren't allowing you to rule the state by proxy?

Not everyone is as "lucky" as Saraki with his minion currently posing as Kwara gov.

We understand successive PDP states, not that one agrees with such hare brained positions, but how will it work for people like Suswan & Babangida Aliyu who totally alienated their successors while in the same party till they had to move on to realise their dreams on another platform?

Must you people wail about everything? undecided

As i'll always say "People all over the world see their preferred choices lose election but these people put it behind them, live their life & count down to the day when another opportunity will present itself for them to make another choice of candidate (s) that aligns with their beliefs & aspirations.

Not in this situation, electoral defeat has now been deemed as failure in life & must be mourned & recriminated over!

Is the government giving a grant or a LOAN?

Do banks not collect collateral?

In a country where there is no genuine database & address verification platform available, where some people access bank loans with the purpose of not repaying, how are defaulters supposed to be managed?...

OP, before whipping up sentiments, check the rates, tenor & try to educate yourself about Risk investments & procedures.

Only 2 groups of people will find fault in this.

1. The set that has vowed to "oppose" anything & everything embarked on between May 2015 -May 2019 ( 2023 maybe)

2. Borrowers who have every intention of not repaying, believing the government will take care of it!!

& to you "no certificate" spewing ignoramus (es), pls don't stop..... if despite all the Pull Him Down before election about religion, health issues, dictatorial tendencies, no certificate etc nothing deterred people from making a choice that was a no brainer.... running like wildebeests on threads won't make no difference NOW! cool

The comment is handy.
The fact that this kinda impunity persist in our system is what baffles me.
Its a negative integer to PMB's portfolio anyway.
I do hope my submission is satisfactory...

Illegal recruitment is part of the corruption that has eaten deep into our nation & I pray that the law is reworked to make it a crime & not a mere breach of procedure (as it is presently) .....

Min of Fin & Min of Labour should be made to take their positions publicly, CBN act or Not, it is still part of the Finance sector & Labour law too has been flouted somewhere along the way, it will be nice if we know where they stand...

I felt bad for this nation when I learnt EFCC & INEC get lists from NASS to fill open (undeclared & unadvertised) slots!!! Talk about conflict of interest...

The journey is long, arduous & frustrating but I believe one way or the other, WE WILL GET THERE..

Handsomeclouds .

Emefiele is a drowning man & when people are drowning, they clutch at everything and anything, everyone is aware that Emefiele is trying to curry favour hence the creative way the names appeared on the list...

The recruitment was done illegally like it has always been the case with govt agencies....
At least there would have been ADs for the Job even if the plan is high grade nepotism but No, he did the Nigerian "thing" & felt it will never come to light.

We all expect to see a Change (Pun intended) from the old order & we hope the whole exercise will be cancelled (only the latest one not the ones that have been employed a yr+) & a fair & just one will be embarked on...

However expecting PMB to speak on this is expecting too much, this na president nor be local council chairperson oo... Kemi Adeosun, & Chris Ngige are the main people that should address this...

1. She applied in Feb 2015 for tourism purpose, she wasn't pregnant, you both were going for your honeymoon?

2. The Visa was granted then?

4.You now want to Use your visas?
