In my area at Udu LGA in Delta State we have steady light that we are even scared of what the next bill will look like.And as for the Prepaid Metre, some guys from BEDC came asking for those in need of pre-paid metre should come and register their name. But they all turn them down immediately they heard that they are to pay 25k to BEDC acct in the bank for the metre with a passport and mobilization fee.

From experience,i once failed in my first semester during my HND degree.1.45 because I didn't study. I belong to those category who doesn't read atall but believe dat whatever they were thought in class is enof for them to write their exams. But my dear I had to sit up and guess what I graduated with 2.86.(if I had been serious from first semester,i probably would av graduated with upper) And I can proudly say that I attain that without opening my legs for any stupid lecturer or sorting. My dear it all centered on determination. If u kill ursef,more suffering await u in hell.be wise.
