There will be a Service of Songs in DJ Olu's honour today, Wednesday October 11th, 2017 at Olaniwun Ajayi Gardens in Banana Island. The two men were found lifeless in DJ Olu’s BMW car parked in the underground garage of Block B, Banana Island, Lagos on Saturday.

DJ Olu was a close associate of hip-hop musician, David Adeleke, aka Davido, while Chime was a member of Davido’s crew.

DJ Olu's father is billionaire magnate, Ogun State politician and businessman Dapo Abiodun, owner of Heyden Petroleum.

The EFCC Lagos Zonal office, have arrested four suspected Internet fraudsters. They are: Oluwaseun Michael, 28; Igbokwe Chijioke, 27; Felix Chukwudi, 22 and Babajide Goloba. The quartet were arrested in different parts of Lagos, following intelligence report received by the Commission.

They are alleged to have defrauded their victims, mostly American and European citizens, millions of Dollars. The suspects, school drop-outs, have confessed to have been involved in romance/ marriage scam, Internet advertisement scam, spoofing of emails and interception of business mails.

They have also confessed to be working as couriers for movement of stolen funds by other cyber-criminals. They own companies with no fixed addresses, which they used to cover up the real sources of their money.

Items recovered from the suspects at the time of their arrest include laptops, handsets and phishing scripts, among others. They will soon be charged to court

The police on Tuesday arraigned two persons before the Magistrate Court sitting in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, for supplying false information on Governor Seriake Dickson’s younger brother, Moses Dickson.

The suspects – Francis Babatunde and John James – pleaded guilty for peddling false accusation against the governor’s brother. Babatunde, a plumber working in the residence of Dickson reportedly conspired with James and one Obiene Matthew, who is said to be at large, to send a report to the Inspector- General of Police (IGP) monitoring team that the governor’s brother was in possession of firearms and narcotics.

Following the information, the police team besieged the residence of Dickson at Yenezue- Epie and demanded to ransack the house.

It was gathered that after searching the house, policemen found nothing and were compelled to arrest the whistleblowers.

The two accused persons were arraigned on two- count charge by Mr. Matthew Umana from the IGP team.
