This man is useless. Who are the hooligans? The protests have been peaceful for over 2weeks until the government started hiring thugs to attack protesters using government vehicles in Abuja and burning of vehicles and other properties.

The destructions of properties in Lagos was borne out of angers and retaliation from Lekki massacre.
Though it was targeted at government infrastructures.

If we are talking about hooliganism and terrorism, Buhari is the commander in chief.

The so called curfew was 4pm later, it was shifted to 9pm and the shooting started about few minutes to 8pm. No body violated the curfew.
