~To eat As A Side Dish I Like Medium Ripe . .

~Dont eat Unripe PLantains

~Just Ripe :I like only As Plantain Cake . .mixed w/ flour,then fried Or KeleWele

~Kele Wele Recipe

6 just-ripe plantains, peeled and cubed into bite-sized pieces
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
1/2 tsp Freshly-grated Ginger/1 Garlic clove chopped
1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Water
Palm oil (or vegetable oil) for frying

Method:

Peel Plantains,Cut into cube-sized pieces

Grind/Blend or pound the cayenne pepper, chilli flakes, ginger, salt and black pepper to a powder then add to the water. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and toss the plantain cubes in this mixture to coat them evenly.

Add some 2cm depth of oil in a wok and heat until almost smoking then add the plantains in batches and fry, turning once, until they are golden brown on all sides. Drain on kitchen towels and keep warm whilst the next batch is frying.

Adam's still my favorite, theatrical or not. Kris is an underdog. And I think Danny would be booted out before him as well as Matt.

Matt needs to drop this attitude of trying to be a pop artiste, he's more soul than pop. Forget Justin Timberlake and go for Robin Thicke.

I'm not really crazy about Allison. Maybe it's the hair or the fact that female rockers get on my nerves. . Her voice is very common not that spectacular.

~I'd second that! I love him more as a Soul /Jazz Singer . .me think he wud have more success as a Soul Singer even than a JT Look-a-like-Sound-a-like wannabe!

~Allison. . .I get what Simon is saying about not having a Personality,As A Singer i love her Growly Voice . .but am not as drawn to her as an Artist!

~I couldnt possibly list all the colours i use on Eyeshadow especially. . . .I like vibrant colours & love to Experiment. . however I choose colours that match my Skin Tone, Stay away from Light / White Colours & go for Deep ~Earthy Tones Eye Shadows~

I agree it was obvious that Lil and Anoop were going home. Matt is on thin ice too in my opinion. My fave from the week was Kris and then of course Allison (who is amazing) and Adam.

My only problem with Adam is I've been thinking, what manner of album he going to make? He's very "theatre" and I know that's his background but like what exactly is he going to sing on a cd? He IS very talented, though.

~ Am sure he'll go on the success of each performance on Idol & have a lil bit of everything on there! Prolly end up kicking himself off the No1 spot . . .One thing's for sure,he'll have those CD's flying off the shelves!

There's this steak based restaurant chain in the US. Their waiters dress like its Christmas and they serve mainly southern food. Their name has "Friday" in it. What is it again? I've been trying to remember for ages now!

~Got a couple of M8's who had Strech marks on their Tummy after the birth of their kids . .am aware how much of an Emotional issue it is for them . .Some people let it ruin their lives w/ Low Self Esteem,Lack Of Confidence ~Some choose to brave it out & wear what they want regardles!

~How would you react to people who expose Disfigurement/Scars if the sight of Strech Marks disgusts Some of you so much?
