Good Morning Travelanders, I want to sincerely appreciate you guys for the love, support and for taking time to respond to the numerous questions I have been asking on this forum. However, I received a mail on my CIC page last night that my application was refused. I want to believe that my refusal was based on these reasons because they were ticked:
1. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this
decision, I considered several factors, including:
a. your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
b.purpose of visit
c.your personal assets and financial status.

Consequently, I want to know if I can start another application immediately or if there is any specific period one would wait since the School resumes by September, 2015.

Visit any FRSC formation and ask them how they handle items recovered from crash scene and they will give you a lecture on this. You cannot claim to be Mr. too know. Let me give you a tip: When a Road Safety Person gets to crash scene, the first thing he does is to ensure the safety of those involved in a crash and secondly take inventory of all items at the crash scene after which the items will be returned to the owners either they are dead or alive.

Yes it should be a complementary effort. The governor should have shared the blame more than he did. Unfortunately, he can always claim that he has no control over even the police in his state. You see, ALL security bodies in Nigeria are controlled from the center. This is why some people advocate for State policing so that security is brought closer home.
