Okay...I'm sorry I did not check. I can see you are new here. Welcome and may your stay in this group be short and fruitful.

Two ways to treat cyst that I know of are serrapeptase and/or apple cider vinegar with the mother. Use with unsulpured blackstrap molasses. A tablespoon acv to half a spoon of molasses diluted in plenty water. Like that small bottle to the big eva. Drink with a straw. Take twice daily. You do this with Castro oil pack. You can get a Castro oil in a pharmacy. Its about N600.

Rub the oil over your tummy, cover with nylon, then cover with cotton material (use hubby's old singlet) and place the hot water bottle on it, then cover with thick large towel. The warmth and the oil will bring healing. Make sure you adjust to nearest minimum so your skin does not get burnt. Do this twice daily on empty stomach. Four days straight and three days off.

Do the Castro oil pack with apple cider plus bsm or castro oil pack with serrapeptase. Whichever you can afford.

Serrapeptase is 12k. If you are taking serrapeptase, start with one capsule on empty stomach an an hour before meal. Do that for three day. Then increase dose to 2 caps daily for another like three days. Then on the seventh day take caps 2 caps an hour before meal and last thing at night/evening. Make you take 2/3hours after meal. The longer its away from meal the better. Within two weeks to a month you should get relief.

I will upload a video later on how to do castrol oil pack massage but with the above is explanatory.

From what I can see on the hormonal analysis result is that your hormones are within normal range but FSH is close to borderline and may suggest low ovarian reserve or declining eggs quality. Prolactin is close to borderline as well. Estrogen is low but within normal range.

The following will improve egg quality:
Eat heathy, drink plenty of (warm)water and exercise (30 to 45 minutes walk daily)
Ovaboost
Dhea 25mg 2 - 3times daily
Take Fish oil with omega 3 plus vitamin D
Pregnancare conception

Dh semen analysis is okay. Count okay except for the 40% motility/life sperm. Motility range for fertile men is 40% and above. You can see that his sperm motility range is at borderline. Anything below 40% should give you concern. Non motility/dead sperm is 40%, while he has 20% sluggish, 40% is active/life and normal.

He should check to rule out infection. Pus cells shoud be 1-2hpf. He has 2-3hpf which may also be normal in rare occasions, but could also signify infection. Because his motility rate is at borderline, you should ensure it stays at that rate and above. Anything below is not good. Most or some fertility doctors believe that a healthy fertile man should have up to 50% active. We have seen men with less than 20% sperm fathering a child. And we know that with God all things are possible.

Check and rule out infection which can cause drop in sperm quality (high rate of sperm motility)
Hubby should avoid stress
Avoid tight boxers/pants
Take Wellman multivitamin (about 4k in any good pharmacy)
Take 500mg of vitamin C
He should stop smoking and avoid alcohol completely. That is, if he smokes and take alcohol. Those can kill sperm fast.

Good morning Mama's, please enlighten me on vitamin e, anytime I take 1000mg my cycle will be messed up. My menstruation will start after like 12days of using.

Darling I don't think Vitamin E will mess up your circle, especially when taken appropriately. 100IU to 400iu is okay. But take with another antioxidant like Vitamin C. I mean take together with Vitamin C. Anything from 200 to 500mg of Vit C is okay. It work better that way.

Vitamin E has thinning effect on blood and may cause you to bleed more or bruise. Especially when taken for long. Limit your dose to 400iu.

And you may be passing old blood if you have thick blood hiding somewhere in your reproductive organ. The supplement may thin them and it passed out.

I will suggest you stop the 1000iu for now. And let your body rest. Take plenty of green vegetables. What other supplement or medication are you on?

What is amh?

Amh is Anti-Mulleria Hormone. It is an hormone that help or tells us/doctors the amount of eggs reserve in the ovaries

Since you have regular circle we can rule out PCOS. Most times women who have a regular circle ovulate. If you can afford it go ahead and get the aforementioned supplements. They will help you ovulate and help with quality eggs. You need them anyways if you plan on doing ivf in the nearest future but I pray that you get pregnant. So that you don't need the ivf anymore. Most women actually get pregnant while on supplements like this preparing their body pre ivf treatments.

Also make sure there are no other underlying challenges as blocked tubes or pid..those can stop conception even if you ovulate every month. So you need to at least do a scan, do an hsg and hvs/culture test to rule out infection.

I think your hormones are within normal range except for testosterone which is very low. Have you been able to see your doctor? Please if you can afford.

In the mean time this what you must do:
Stop alcohol completely
Stop smoking complete
Take a culture test to rule out infection(take the proscribed antibiotics diligently)
Take good probiotics (antibiotics has a way of killing good bacteria and make one prone to infection. So taking a good probiotics help keep the good bacteria in place)
Work on your weight if you are are fat or obese. (Obesity is a know reason for low testosterone)
Do exercise, keep fit
Rest well and avoid any form of stress (another known cause of low testosterone)
Quality night sleep will help you lot
Eat healthy, portion control but healthy.
Tiger nuts and dates juice. Ask dw to make it herself or you can help yourself. Include plantain and grandnut, raw onions, cucumber, veggies in your diet

Supplements for at least uninterrupted three months straight:
Fairhaven count/spermboost, motility boost (there is mama in this group who sells Fairhaven. You can reach out to her if you like)
50mg Zinc
500mg vitamin C
400iu vitamin E
Pray pray pray

Option 2 (if you can't afford the above)

Do a sperm analysis after a month on the above if any improvement at all, then I think the above will work for you without further help from the doctor. But you get good amount of sperm quality when the above supplement is followed strictly for three months straight.

Note that some medication can affect sperm negatively. Please make sure you see your doctor if you are on prescribed drugs and let him know you are trying to conceive. If it is possible for you to stop the medication. Some medication or serious health issue can actually cause low testosterone.

Thanks Mama.Its been more than three years I worked last with a doctor. I'm planning on starting afresh with SaveAlife hospital.
What are the natural methods I could try? I have done massage with Castor oil,vitex,ACV and the other one that looks like Honey.
I was diagnosed with hormonal imbalance and doctor placed me on clomid for three cycles.I stopped seeing that doctor when he said of giving me another clomid.
Scan later showed fibroid seedlings,though they said it was insignificant but I was worried hence the reason I did those massages and the rest.I have not gone for scan after that to confirm if it shrinked or not.

It's a good idea doing ivf if you can afford it. But remember pray about it so that He will direct you to the right clinic. Do detox and take supplement that will help you produce quality eggs with good amount/quantity. You must take the medication at least 3 months before ivf.

Three years is a long time dear. This is what i will do. Repeat all the test/scan/hsg/hubby sperm analysis. (You will be asked to do this anyways before ivf treatment) Doing this test will determine my next line of action. There is definitely why you haven't conceived since last time and that could be gotten through the examinations/tests.

How is dh sperm? Don't just focus on yourself alone. Make sure Hubby's sperm is okay. Do you have regular periods? How regular? Have you tried to know why you are not ovulating? It could be low amh. Then you will benefit from dhea, vit d3 with omega 3, ubiquinol (active form of coq10), fairhaven ovaboast. If your prolactin is high, there are medications/home remedy that can bring it down. You want to know if those fibroids have not grown or hindering conception.

Yes, I agree with sis @Truechic on her observation and comment. The test line should be as dark as d control line or even darker than d control line when ovulation is about to take place. Wanted to comment on it yesterday but thought maybe my eyes didn't see d lines clearly. If d test line can be this dark on day 9, that means you will get d surge soon. I suggest u try another test by 12pm or thereabout. Wishn u all d best sis.

Yes. In addition to what @truechic and @trippletwins said, I will say, with a 26 day circle you should ovulate around 12 to 14, all things being equal. You should get a positive on your opk around day 11 to 13.

Mamas happy weekend. Please what herbs or drugs can i use to induce my period. Today is CD 37 and I am yet to see my period. I took a Pt last Sunday and it was negative. I did Hsg last month on CD 10. Can that be a cause for delay? My last 2 cycles were 28days

No darling, Hsg does not cause your period to be delayed. Has your period be delayed before? Are you on any other supplement whatsoever?

My suggestion is to give it another week. Try do a blood test and/or take do a scan. If still negative then you can take (progesterone) Premulut N or Provera 5mg twice daily for ten days. Your period will come about 2 to 3days after you stop the progesterone.

There are other natural method you could try. Was there a diagnosis? You could repeat the test if it's been more than a year since you did the last one.

I have been trying to save up some money but that might take long.I just liked the part that they refund 30% if d procedure fails,it means the hospitals will really do their best. Darling try not to borrow money to do ivf please. If you can get support from family and friends good but do not borrow. You will testify soon in Jesus name.

To mamas/papas who may not know...

Make sure you have done all the basic tests. Test will help you to direct your effort on the right places. Little test like hvs can go a long way. Some mamas here go as much as taking Clomide without first doing the basic test. Sometimes you may not need Clomid. If you have PID and you are taking clomid. Or hubby has low sperm or no sperm(God forbid) Imagine that! Where will the baby stay if the uterus/womb is not in good condition. Untreated infection can cause PID or blocked tubes which in turn causes infertility/inability to get pregnant. Please mamas/papas try do the basic test before anything. Let me try remember basic fertility test...

Pelvic scan
Hvs/culture test to rule out infection for mama
Semen analysis for papa (very important too)
Culture/infection test for papa
Hsg for mama
Hormonal test for mama (papas may need this too in cases where he has too low sperm or no sperm, when infection is not the reason for no/ very low sperm)

In all, whatever we do let us remember to pray. It is God that gives children.

This post is for the Port Harcourt mamas,please who can help with good hospitals in PH. We have done lots of tests before now n I was diagnosed of hormonal imbalance. I was placed on clomid thrice with follicular tracking but there was no pregnancy so I stopped visiting that hospital. We later went to The Bridge but after knowing the success rate 1/3 according to them, we were discouraged. We don't want to spend so much n fail.Please sisters respond oo

In addition to other mamas, add Gynescope at Eliozu to the list. Do more research on these hospitals. Ask God to direct you. Some other mamas have good success with Gyneoscope, Care women fertility Clinic.

Women planning to go ivf routes should spend at least three months taking care of themselves both medicaly and prayerfully before. It's not a journey you just jumb into. I am sure you will get good info on how to prepare your body for ivf on our sister thread.

Detox
Supplements for good quality of eggs for at least three months before you embark on ivf treatment. Read more success stories on the ivf thread. Someone should please put up the ivf link.

Yes. You can. You can use serrapeptase after ovulation. You may want to reduce dosage if you are on high dose. Say you were taking 6 capsules daily of 120,000spu. You may want to reduce to 2 or 3 or 1 caps after ovulation. This is necessary because you do not want to thin the blood above normal if you are on other supplements that thins blood which may not be good for the baby in case you got pregnant. But stop when you get pregnant and see your doctor immediately. You can also add vitamin B6 two days after ovulation. VitB6 aids progesterone which is good for pregnancy in case one is deficient in that. Take bco or pregnacare or a good prenatal vitamins with vitaminB6.

Serrapeptase also help fight inflammations. Some infertility are caused by inflammations in their cervix, tubes, uterus, body. Some inflammations if not all releases some antibodies that attack embryo and sometimes stop implantation after ovulation. This is why they place some women on intralipid before ivf/during ivf. So that the antibodies does not try and kill the embryo. Some doctors also recommend low dose of asprin.

So taking serrapeptase is very helpful. You can do more research on that if you like. Stay blessed.
