My main dilemma, and I hope bosses can advise, is the 25% commission GoDaddy slams on you when you sell a domain whose nameservers are pointed away from anything GoDaddy. For example, let's say my handregGeo is pointed at Atom/DaaZ, I inform end-user, end-user do i-too-know go check GoDaddy, buy am instantly (work wey I no send am), no be 25% commission be dat?

How does one deal with this dilemma without overpricing one's domains (which may lead to low STR)?

I think the best approach as most people have suggested is to price names at afternic 10% or 15% more.

I mean after the payment sent email. Funds already sent. It used to be just about 30 mins.

Has anyone recently received payment via grey gbp at afternic? How long did it take? My last 2 payments at atom were instant, but afternic is taking a couple of hours now.

Some of the earnings I see here doesn't tally with my reality as a bolt driver in Benin. I started doing this last month. I use 25 litres daily on big daddy. I gross 20k average. Bolt takes 4200, fuel 5k. I'm usually left with 11k. This is average, sometimes it's slightly more.

Now that same 25 litres is 12500, we buy 510 in Benin. With this new pricing, I might gross about 23k. Bolt and fuel is 17k. So I'm toiling all day for 6k?

Bolt drivers who still work in Benin are those who renegotiate or beg passengers to top up for them. I didn't start driving bolt to become a beggar. Facing my normal hustle for now till things make sense again.

What are your reasons for not going for the camry,? If you are going for the Elantra, get the American spec that comes with 2.0L engine. The American spec comes with a temperature guage, and the engine is cheaper compared to the Dana spec. You can also consider Honda Civic, which is also as good as the Corolla.

The Camry I saw for my price range have been severely flogged. I was almost certain on the Elantra until someone posted in capital letters not to buy it.

Don't buy a Big Daddy of less than 1.8-2.2m else you will be buying a washed up biggie. Just don't rush when you come to Lagos, especially if you're going to inspect any of the cars you saw on Jiji at Ikorodu, Ikeja.

Hello guys, God bless you for all your contributions. I am currently considering buying a car for bolt. I'm based in Benin. Someone mentioned a list of recommended cars, I can't seem to find it. Though people have told me Corolla, Camry or Hyundai Elantra. My budget is between 1.5 to 1.8. Corolla seems to be out of it. I have seem some Camry big daddy within my range but to be honest I can't buy any of them with my hard earned money. I'm basically left with the Hyundai Elantra 2008. I have seen some very neat ones on Jiji. I plan on traveling to Lagos on Tuesday after the holidays to meet some of the sellers.

My questions are: Is the Elantra really a problem free car? Any particular thing I need to know? Do I have any better option for my budget? Pls also share any advice you have for someone traveling to Lagos to get a used car. Thank you for your anticipated support.

That's why I came here to ask. So I'll know if I should be patient and keep hoping or just count my losses, move on and never use them again.
