This impeachment was a fArce. Eventho the constitution gives the house the discretion to decide wat in their opinion is 'gross misconduct', but its childish to aSsume that keeping a poultry in the govt house is a groSs misconduct. Gross misconduct must issue from a legal action/inaction that contravenes our grundnorm. If not so,every displeasure towards the governor or the deputy can amount to misconduct,example talking rudely to ur spouse in public or even this one of keeping a poultry. It is glaring that they just want to butt out the former deputy. My problem sef is that a man that calls himself a reverend or man of God should not have gotten involved in the fiasco as to replace a man who was unjustly denied wat is due to him. That a replica of king david and Uriah,afterall uriah died in battle like others. The whole issue is legally contestable and recondite jst that the victim doesn't want to fight it.

One wonders if this style of giving information to the public is peculiar to Nigeria. For example,our president wants to announce the provision of 50 job vacancies in the federal service,he would do that at a public dinner held wit the UK ambassador,instead of holding a press conference:where he may clarify the issue more to the press. In this style,announcements abt ASUU strike,ban on rice importation,privatisation deals,fuel subsidy,political impasse within the PDP,diplomatic row,are made at dinners,seminars nd workshop,award night,political rally,courtesy visits and the likes. In all these,the more sober and formal press conference,state of the nation address,etc are lost.Dont get the issue muddled,l seek only public accountability,like in the US .the question; is there a reason or benefit in this method?
