Lamasta:This is funny. A man should be able to speak to issues of present, not whining about the past. |
Lamasta:So how does that help this present allegation? Does it make it true or false |
Are you the one blackmailed? How does this man always put himself into every discussion and event? They accused somebody of something, you bring yourself into the discussion, how? |
Even his wife is in cohort with him to deny the child. This is strange. |
I took the time to read all you wrote. I have to ask, Why the desperation to leave the marriage? Yes, every married person sometimes feel like leaving, but when it comes to wanting it to this extent, its not usually ideal. You showed from your writeup that your marriage is the only thing that gives you purpose in life. Marriage will bore you if thats the case. Now, I can say that your husband is an unmotivated person. We have many people like that, who are laid back and wouldn't want to hurt a fly. The so called "gentlemen", "peacemakers" "quiet people". Some can be changed by marriage (like myself). Some remain like that every day of this life. Maybe thats where your husband falls into. Some gets active when they get really old. And being that your husband has not found his financial mojo, your financial ability depresses him the more. Some people here talked about you not dating him before marriage. The purpose of dating is to know the strenght and weakness of your partner, so that if you decide to marry, you will compliment your partner well. If you don't do this, you will be complaining and wanting out of the marriage. I will not advice you to leave your home, at this stage with two kids and lots of commitment. That may lead to more problem in managing and raising the kids in separate homes. Also, Your leaving will not cure your husband of his attitude. And will not give you a special meaning to life. I will only advise - can you live as though your husband doesn't exist? Reduce your engagement with himand live your life as if he s not there. Raise your children and make sure they don't carry such laid back attitude. That attitude is from the family of civil servants in Nigeria of the 90s. It is not suitable for today's Nigeria where you have to engage and struggle for things to happen for you. Its well with you |
Gotocourt:May not be desperation. Some people live their life different from others, there is no script to living life. Some people marry with all the dating and still have this same complain. So rest |

The Police can do a camouflage operation on days like this. Dress up like civilians and use private vehicle on the streets. These terrorists won't come out when they see a police vehicle with fully armed officers. |
3kay945:Change or work on the alternator. Stop buying new battery, the alternator may not be charging it well, reason why it dies off on traffic. |
helinues:You said all but didn't mention the failures of government. Do you think people will find time to protest if everything is good at home? A toad does not run in the daytime for nothing. Something is either pursuing it or it is pursuing something |
Man is causing joy in the midst of the agony created by Tinubu. |
Go with a mechanic. Those faults are not deep I guess. Engine seat (if true) costs about 12k each for that car. AC faults can be detected and repaired. You just need to know how deep the problem goes. My advise is to use these problems and get him to reduce the price (bearing in mind how much it will take to repair it). |
Why would you date a girl for 7 years? You both have matured. She has done NYSC since 2021 (three years ago). What were you waiting for to marry her? You should know women. If the man around is not speaking marriage, she will find her way to another man elsewhere that is serious. At this rate, its either she gets burnt at this new found love and comes back to you or you allow her go now and never look back. |
I noticed too. I bought the 4 litre for 12k in February 2024. Now I asked and they said 24k. It's not easy |
FutureFocus:Its well. |
FutureFocus:I was the one you chatted with today. If you are ready to accept payment on delivery, we will do business. |
FutureFocus:I am interested |
Freetech:Before it used to be done for yams that some parts are bad. But now, it is usual to see good yams divided into two or three so that it can be affordable for singles or small families. And its happens in every part of the country. Yam is costly now |
I know who is better equipped to tell me about Nigeria. A diplomat that he is, and funds available to him, can get premium comfort in highbrow areas in Nigeria. He probably would have stayed in VI, or Lekki or Ikoyi or Banana Island during his visit. Such experience must definitely be a good one. Due to the location of his visit and duration, it will be rare for him to have experienced power failure, bad roads, water scarcity, police brutality, armed robbery, fuel scarcity, official corruption, etc. Even, a lot of Nigerians who live in those high brow places don't even know how bad things are right now, not to talk of a foreigner on a short visit. So please, lets be real |
benuejosh:Yes. There is a town called Benue in Enugu State. That's where it happened |
Anambra State is not like most States. This is one State that you will hardly have need of a new public school, because every community and Village in the State have primary and secondary schools. Same way every community and village have a catholic church/Anglican church in it. Take Onitsha for instance, that has up to 10 Secondary Schools with boarding houses that were in existence from the 60s and even beyond. Like my own secondary school which was set up in the 30s by white missionaries. It will be a misplaced priority today for ANSG to embark on building a new secondary school in places like Onitsha, or Ogidi, or Awka, or Nkpor, or Oba, or Nnewi. Because these places have many schools that were created even before Anambra State became a State. The best the Government can do is to improve the service of existing schools or expand their facilities for more intake. This is because almost every parents want their child to attend the "big schools" in Onitsha, Oba and Nnewi. Even till today, most parents from outside Anambra have their wards in boarding houses in Anambra Schools. In Anambra today, Private secondary schools are almost non existence. Because they cant compete with the quality in public schools. I was in College when Mbadinuju was Governor, then Ngige became Governor, and then Peter Obi at the time I was leaving secondary school. During Ngige/Peter Obi's time, all the public schools in the state were remodelled and better managed in a partnership between the ANSG and the Missions that set them up. The evidence is what we see today. Every national exam for secondary school students, (Common Entrance, Unity School Entrance Exam, Cowpedia, WAEC, NECO, JAMB, or NDA), you will always find a student from Anambra in the first 10. That for me is the issue that is worth discussing - RESULTS. No one can deny results from Anambra's secondary educational system |
I want to go to the beach side but I am afraid of water. |
This Bill reminds me of the movie "Red Sea Diving Resort" where the UN pays the Sudanese government for accommodating Ethiopian war refugees in Sudan. The Rwandan government will get aids and finance from the UK while it gets more skilled and culturally diverse people into its communities. |
How? A boy that is in Boarding school. How are the parents expected to know his daily activities in school? I don't like that this matter when to the Coroner. Now the issue has been made worse. The parents should just commend the matter to natural justice. The boy's spirit should seek for those that wronged him, if he was truly wronged while alive. |
That would be high a price for a 1hp. Get a 1.5 or 2hp Hisense for that amount. |
Push Nigeria to a wall, they wont push back. Rather they will create a pathway through the wall. |
If were a serious country, we will publish the names of these borrowers and send their names to AMCON for immediate debt recovery action |
Peppysco:Bros, no one knows you, refers or defers to your political judgment or philosophy in Nigeria. So I don't see what gives you the audacity to refer to Pa Adebanjo as "a parlour politician" and other uncharitable words you have used for him. What is your political pedigree? That's what I want to know? |
Look at how dirty and wretched they are. They remit these monies to someone else who gives them a percentage. The Commissioner should go deeper than this to unearth their syndicate |
Peppysco:Its the internet that gave Genz the mouth to speak over an elder that I blame. You haven't mattered much. Remember that when next you think you can measure up to Pa Adebanjo. |
Peppysco:How old are you? That was the question |
