You'll need more bag of cement cos it's 9", so budget 20 bags, 10tonnes of Sharp sand and 10tonnes of Gravel/Granite.

Raft foundation
Flat roofing with longspan aluminum
Room and parlour (10 by 12 feet)
Kitchen and bathroom smaller maybe 5by5 feet

Standard Tiles
Sliding windows
2 toilets (visitor and room)
Standard finishing hence the low budget

Even if it'd staircase that's usually charged higher, 2700 per sqm is ridiculous..

Usually 500 - 700 depending on the expertise of the tiler.
