ACM10: Accepted period of detention within the law will be left for the legal experts to determine.I do not know the basis of this judgment but whatever it was, I am sure that the High court's judgment took into consideration the length of time in which he was detained unlawfully before awarding him the 25 million Naira. |

This should have been done since. He has been incapcitated to act as governor since October but sit-tightism of most Nigerians won't allow him to relinquish the office. Perhaps he is following the steps of Yar'adua who rather than quit, die in office. It is a shame. |
