Lol..the so called jazz is a chemical powder prepared from a local herb called 'the sleep of death'. It's less potent in powder form due to its dispersion in the air. You inhale some which makes you sleep off. Every living thing that breathes it sleeps deeply,human or animal or bird or whatever bro. So long you can breathe,then you can sleep off.
