All of a sudden, my download speed is way low (max of 2mbps) than my upload (45-50mbps). My signal is good (-64 rsrq, rssi 28), band been locked to 7 before now.

What could be the problem? Before today I've not had any issues with signal

Airtel is the problem

Wow Happy 1 year anniversary to this lovely couples

Testing testing if you know you know

CuteMaro:
6gb in 30 minutes is slow? Well that time frame is usually not static, adjusts based on speed and other factors.

If to say speed dey consistent it should be around 15 to 16 min

Na me they go to the idu ip ..

So this one get Cpanel for both IDU and ODU unlike the ZLT

Where will I go from here..this router is a pain in the ass

See as them do the interface like that of MTN ZLT X20 with limited settings

Please does Opay or MonniePoint card work with Starlink

Thinkunltd:
If u have bought a Starlink or planning to buy and havnt activated pls inbox me I will refer u during activation and we both get one month of free subscriptions it’s a win win for both of us.

I thought this said this only work when you're buying from Starlink site directly does it also work when activating third-party purchased Starlink?

senator282:
Disabled as how ?
Was your old kit disabled by Starlink?
I think you can still use the old kit but it must remain within your account and name and you must pay double for subscription. I don't understand this disabled of a thing you are talking about. Have you seen anyone that his/her own was disabled?

After sometimes it will be removed from your account you can use the Router as extender though but you can't use the dish anymore

I already have the ecoflow power station and the gl.inet router.

Been using it for over 10 days now, no issue whatsoever. When rain fell this week it was still working albeit a little bit slower.

Wow this Mini is very efficient e no dey even draw much light

Good morning, I got a new replacement from spaceX via DHL for my faulty starlink and with this thread I noticed im suppose to return the faulty one, up till now there is no email about return, pls how do I go about it?

If there is no return request you keep it but after activating new one the old one will be disabled permanently in due course

We all know Crude is skyrocketing so Petrol will cost 1k soon

How can a petty trader afford this even those on minimum wage go sweat na why there is housing crisis

Lately on X i have been seeing people badmouthing Starlink and praising MTN FibreX

ask4bk:
Just do the maths. If it's 1kwh LFP in it, that's 10hrs for starlink 100w load. So expect 7-9 hours from full charge

Starlink push one update it reduces power consumption by up to 20% so i dey see peak of 45W and average 35W

Has anyone tried the iTel Power Tank 500 with Starlink, and how long does it last?

DutchNegro:
When you say you are using a different sim and that you have subbed on the esim for 2months, are you implying that the esim can be active while I get an ODU-compatible physical sim card for use in the ODU device without deactivating the esim?

Abeg, explain🤲

Yes 100% you just switch between the sims cus you can only use 1 at a time

Seriously the browsing experience is so poor and frustrating sometimes page no dey even load completely while the network is fast enough even speedtest sometimes you have to retry

The University is so beautiful and spacious.

Lately Airtel has been so unstable for me even though speed is like 40 50 and above the browsing experience is not smooth but download is fine

fuckboys:
yes, management and intelligent settings on your dashboard.

I set my router to restart twice a week by 4am.

Mine doesn’t have that intelligent under management

fuckboys:
I renewed my subscription today via Smartcash as usual and I wasn’t given the 10% discount.

Is it a one time thing?

Sometimes it’s not instant

So many trolls and on Nairaland at least celebrate the Man

nurez305:
How will you get another ODU sim without purchasing another device??

Via underground method but i don't think it works anymore

Unfaized:
I set mine to automatically reboot once every week atleast.

Tover:

Tover:
