The problem with people like you is that the typical Nigerian mentality is all you know. You think Airtel is doing you a favour by giving you 1TB for 25k. Go to Europe, there are service providers offering 10Gbps (200x faster than Airtel's 50Mbps plan) truly unlimited plan for €15.

No mind them everything to them na favor na why the country no want move imagine MTN can't even do something like Airtel Speed base plans instead they opt for Fibre which has limited reach

So I helped my friend get a free replacement due to a router issue with his Gen 2. Now they’re sending him a Gen 3. After he activates the Gen 3, will I be able to use his Gen 2? It will be of no use to him anymore, and I don’t mind managing the on-and-off issue.
