Apart frm indiscipline som of dis guys can do very well am not soliciting for a change in d winning team bt those players ar better dan others. Osaze, martins, aluko is better dan ameobi. Haruna can compete wit mba, ogu, ogude oduamadi. Adeleye can compete wel wit Azuibuike Egwueke.
Sports › Nigerian Players That Deserve Super Eagles Call-up by MORNDEW(op): 11:28am On Oct 12, 2013
The present super Eagles squad impresses me alot, i must confess that i now watch their matches with high level of confidence. The present crop of players are also good but not all. I also knw that this is not the best time to change a winning team but i think some players are doin well in their clubside and deserve a call-up. Notable among them are:

Lukman haruna, Dele Adeleye, Obafemi Martins stil scores even in USA( to me he is better than Ameobi), Sonne Aluko and please forgive me Osaze Has started findin his form again.
What do u think, you can suggest some other names

Crime › Jilted Boyfriend, Seven Others Gangrape Girl Friend by MORNDEW(op): 8:08pm On Sep 12, 2013
The police has arrested one Stephen Obi for allegedly conspiring with seven other men to gang-rape his estranged lover, a 28-year old woman (name withheld) in Lagos State, southwest Nigeria.
According to the lady, she decided to end their relationship because Obi said he wasn't ready to marry her as she was 5 years older than him and this didn't go down well with Obi who wanted the relationship to continue. He therefore, organized seven of his friends to gang-rape.
On the day the lady was allegedly gang-raped, Obi reportedly invited her to Baba Olopa Street, Adexson, in Igando to settle their differences. She obliged him and went. She said when she entered his room, seven of his friends came in and they locked the room and started beating her and asked her to strip. Obi then brought out condoms and gave them to the seven men who started raping her in turns.
She told her father about the ugly incident when she got home and they went to Igando Police Division and reported the matter and Obi was arrested and charged to court. But the other seven men escaped before they could be arrested.
Obi has been charged with conspiracy and rape before Ejigbo magistrate court, while seven of his accomplice are still on the run.
When the matter came up on Wednesday, he pleaded not guilty to the two-count charge.
The presiding Magistrate, Mr M.B. Folami said after going through the doctor's report that Obi should be remanded in prison custody at Kirikiri adjourned the case to 23 September, 2013.

Nairaland General › Top 5 Things That Nigeria Export To The World by MORNDEW(op): 8:33am On Jul 11, 2013
Sometime ago in one of the economics class in school uor lecturer asked us to mention other things Nigeria exports aside crude oil there were some mentions but they were nothing to write home about. This made me to come up with the top 5 things i believe we export to the world.

1. OUR MUSIC: Our music is receiving massive airplay in different parts of d world. Rio ferdinand tweeted of how he was listenin to oliver twist, our musicians now feature foreign artists, african queen was used 4 a movie and D'banj performed in a world music award watched by millions all over the world. Our musicians tour diferent part of d world with our music receivin wider acceptance.
2. OUR AUTHORS: Only few africans have won the nobel laurate and our own Wole Soyinka is one of them our authors are so respected all over the world. If nigeria should use d image of these authors on our national flag i think it will earn us more respect. Achebe was a lecturer in the US likewise Soyinka Niyi Osundare and lots of others.

3. OUR MOVIES: If theres anything Nigeria can boast of producing in mass and is exporting to the world, its our movies i was in Ghana and i saw how they were scrambling for our movies. Even in the US people patronise our movies. During the little brawl between us and the Kenyans because of the way we treated them during a world cup qualifier, their cititzens threatened to stop watching our movies. On African magic our movies are the most played and we have a special category at the AMAA awards.

4. OUR PASTORS: Believe it or not our pastors command a large followership outside the shores of this country ask the South African Government who have to ban pastor chris Oyakhilome. If any of our big pastors anounces a conference or crusade in a country, the turnout would be bigger than the capacity of football spectators in stadium. They are so followed and woshiped like gods remember Adeboyes 1 million likes on facebook.
5 OUR BOOKS: Do you know Things Fall Apart, Anthills of Savannah, Half of a Yellow sun, The lion and the Jewel, the gods are crazy etc has been translated in diferent languages. Books by our religious leaders are hotcakes as they are full of inspirations. Rapsody of Realities, Open Heavens, Our Daily manna are used all over the world.

The truth is that the government has a lot of revenue that they can gather from this things mentioned above to boost our GDP and they should tap from them.
What do you think?
