AbleGodDidIt: This is a good choice also. It’s removable such that you can keep baby on the bed with you and also has wheels which is super useful esp during naming/when people visit. Thanks |

Good day mamas...pls oo,I’m a FTM and just started shopping for baby things. Initially,I wanted to go for the wooden baby crib but I discovered it was a bit on the high side in terms of price and also,I was made to know that some babies would prefer sleeping close to their moms, which means getting an expensive wooden crib would eventually be a waste of money. So I’d like you people to give me crib alternatives that’s affordable. As I’ve said earlier,I’m a FTM,I don’t know anything about babies or what they use. Pls help my ministry. |

Lekiboboe: Hi
To do a PHD (French Language) in Canada , you need to take your time & look for schools in Canada offering French Language at PHD level, check their faculty for their PROFESSORS/ASSISTANT PROFESSORS then look out for their respective RESEARCH AREAS in FRENCH Language, if you see the ones that aligns with your RESEARCH INTERESTS/PRIOR RESEARCH EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND, send a non-generic COLD MAIL to them
See the link below for Schools offering PHD in FRENCH LANGUAGE at CANADIAN UNIVERSITIES, Google them one after the other and explore their FACULTIES to see their PROFESSORS and their respective RESEARCH AREAS in FRENCH LANGUAGE
https://www.universitystudy.ca/search-programs/?k=French&program_level_merged=Doctorate&program_language=ENGLISH
Go through the contents in the link below, then relate it to your field of study (FRENCH) and research interests as it relates to your field of study/Academic Background/prior research experience. There are helpful information, documents & videos that can be of massive help to you e.g how to draft a Cold Mail, how to search for PROFESSORS Who has Research Areas aligning with you etc.
https://www.nairaland.com/6321900/canadian-student-visa-thread-part/561#101054570
As a Prospective Graduate Student (PHD), you need to have the following to kick start your GRADUATE SCHOOL JOURNEY in CANADA
- Academic CV (Well drafted Canadian Style Academic CV) - Transcript (get the student Copy from your school) - Cold Mail (To be drafted & sent to each professors based on their research areas) - Statement of Purpose (SOP) for GRADUATE School (not SOP for Visa Application) - Cover Letter (if required) - Published Thesis (might be helpful) but not Compulsory etc.
There are GRADUATE SCHOLARS on this platform, If you have further questions along the line, do ask
Note: Your target should be for FALL 2022 (September 2022) or WINTER 2022 (JANUARY), so you can begin now in advance by getting your Transcript (Student Copy), Drafting your Academic CV, sending Cold Mails to Professors in your field of study & research areas related to your field of study.
Also work towards getting a FULLY-FUNDED PHD IN FRENCH LANGUAGE offer cos PHD is expensive in Canada. Interestingly, most PHD students in Canada & US are usually funded, so package your Application Well to get funding Thank you so much bro...I just sent you a mail plz |

Thank you so much Frankrobbn1: Your best bet is to search through the Internet (google) for list of institutions offering PhD positions in your specific field. As a general rule, you will require the consent of a supervisor prior to submitting your application to the department/University.
It will end in praise |

deltateam: Do they offer accommodation? Is their pay up to #70k? They offer accommodation if its available (I mean if there's a vacant room) and if they are aware that you are in serious need of it.......yes,their pay is up to to 60k for entry level and if you know how to negotiate. If you are experienced, it will certainly be way more than 70k |

Sanni45: Good evening, please can you help me with getting employed at the Ambassadors College, Ota? getting employed into the school is not as difficult as many people presume as long as you are very good at whatever you want to take. The only thing to note is that their test is a bit difficult and the cut off mark is always high. Once you submit your CV ,called for the test and able to make it up to the cut off mark, then you are good to go. |

Slimgees: Pls, anyone with information about Dynamic Brave Schools, Sango Ota teachers welfare packages..... i.e Salaries and Co. Abeg. It's a kinda urgent. I once worked in the school as a part-time teacher around 2015. I taught twice in a week and my pay was 15k. I can't really say much about the school because I only worked for 2 terms as a part-time teacher. Late payment and maltreatment of teachers were the reasons why I left and fortunately I got a better offer at The Ambassadors College,Ota. I'm saying all these based on what I witnessed in the year 2015. Things might have changed now. |

seunmsg: I had my secondary school in Otta, Ogun State and I know Sango high school well. It’s hard to believe that this is what the school has been turned into.
In my days at IGS in the mid 90’s, students were mandated to provide their tables and chairs. I don’t know who changed the policy but if the government of Ogun State can not provide furnitures for public schools, the students should be allowed to provide their furnitures instead of putting them in this terrible condition. we can always win provided we are set! |
