Maintain at least 2 metres distance from others and wash your hands frequently and thoroughly, even while wearing a mask. In addition, please see below some personal safety tips: 1. Purchase food from Hygienic places/restaurants only, or better still, bring your food from home. 2. Avoid hugging anyone. Social distancing is advised at all times. 3. Sanitise your hands before and after touching money. 4. Make sure you clean the surface of your desk or chair before sitting. 5. Drink from your own cup at all times and if at all you want to drink a sachet of water (pure water) avoid using your mouth to cut through. 6. When you get home, before making contact with anyone or anything, properly dispose face masks, gloves etc. Go to the bathroom take a shower with soap. Stay safe and stay well. |
