Politics › Re: Sanusi Lamido Dethronement: Three Untouchable Kings In Nigeria by moscobabs(m): 5:13pm On Mar 10, 2020 |
GeneralTopic: Ever since Sanusi Lamido Sanusi was ousted as the emir of Kano, by the Kano State Government, I have been reading comments in here like...
"they can never try this with (Inserts the name of one compound chief from a remote village)"
"the government will never attempt to uninstall (inserts the name of a family chief)"
Bla Bla Bla...
See, there is Royalty and there is Royalty. There are momentous levels to this game that goes beyond our 50 kobo sentiments...
The aura and charisma a traditional stool oozes, together with its historical progression and significance is how it will be treated...
Apart from these SS3 boys below:
Ooni of Ife Oba of Benin (this particular one is nobody's mate) Sultan of Sokoto
Your traditional ruler is at the mercy of the state government. The government will install and uninstall him like a mobile app and nothing will happen... It is a very bitter pill to swallow. I know that. But let's resist the urge to argue about "realism" and "idealism" today... On this discourse, please ignore what is ideal and rather talk about what is obtainable.
Written by: Teddy Benson Oba Ovonramweh Nogbaisi was dethroned in 1897 Dasuki Sultan of Sokoto was dethroned in 1995 |

I picked a paper from colleague table this afternoon in office, I thought the sheet of paper was trashed already and I decided to write something at the back. I took the paper out of office and drop it somewhere at the premises then go back to my office. An hour after I got a called from my colleague asking me where is the paper I took from her table I was like which paper ? I have dump it somewhere o. Like a joke this lady started para then begging me to help her look for it because something important was written at the back and without the figures all Finance department including myself will not go home today That's how I started looking for the paper o, the lady too joined me and start searching everywhere infact I had to start searching all dustbins in the premises and I did that for like one hour before I discovered someone was videoing me and taking my pictures thinking I don run mad . Luckily for me I saw one of the office cleaners and I asked if he picked any paper in front of our office, according to him, he picked many papers and he doesn't know which one we are looking for , by that time everywhere is tensed and I was confused,he took me to where he dumped the papers and we eventually found it in one old dustbin. Have you found yourself in such situation before? Please share with us.

Kundagarten: Not even president Buhari together with NASS can dethrone the Oba of Benin. The reason is that only the first son of an Oba becomes an oba.
No other king in Nigeria has that previledge. And if Oba first son is Female! |

Al-Mustapha know more and I believe him, if this guy should talk, Nigeria would be on fire. But believe me, the money stole in this country in 1999-2007 is far more than this Abacha loot.
