Yeah, that's the only time IRCC has a role to play.
But note, I emphasized that we blamed IRCC even when the number of ITAs was constant over time.

raphrulz:
Even at this.... IRCC can still regulate it by limiting the number of ITAs to issue in a particular draw so that they can sustain a given CRS score.

So it could go both ways.

Give yourself between now and May 1st. If you think you can't make it, make a plan to decline on May 1st. It's worker's day in Nigeria, I don't think you can forget.

Congratulations!!! Please don't o so we don't come at you in frustration like voracious lions grin grin The ITA struggle is real grin

Exactly!!!
You have stated it as it is. Even at the time of constant 3,500 ITAs people were complaining that IRCC was increasing the CRS cut-off, and I'm like........ people do not fully get what's happening. It actually means many more people with higher scores are getting into the pool, or others have improved their scores through better IELTS scores, adding another degree or having their sibling get PR.
However, the number of ITAs given has reduced from 3,900 in the 109th draw to 3,350 in the 110th, 111th and this 112nd draw.

Ramj:

This has nothing to do with IRCC.

The only decide the number of ITAs to be issued.

Nothing concern IRCC at all.

So guys no relenting on that upping of your CRS ooo

Hello Justwise et al.

I've got a few questions:

1. I have a letter of invitation from a family friend in the UK. Do I need to get their bank statement and data page as well? Or is the invitation letter sufficient?
2. I am sponsoring myself for the journey. How many months of bank statement do I need? Or is a closing balance enough?
3. In my bank account, there was a large deposit which is from maturation of Treasury bills purchased 6 months ago. I plan to attach the treasury bill purchase certificate which shows date of purchase and date of maturation. I hope this is okay.
4. For the residential address, I live in my family house; been here for nearly 20 years. No C of O. Do I need to submit anything at all?

Thank you for the guidance on this page.

Hi everyone.

I got a little question. They say the application should not be earlier than 3 months to the expected date of travel, does anyone know if this application is the online application date or the date of appointment for biometrics?

The date I submitted my application is slightly more than 3 months to expected travel date, but the chosen date for biometrics is within 3 months. Do you guys think it is a problem, from past experiences? Should I cancel and request for a refund, and fill another application?

Thanks

Hi everyone, after the online application, is the applicant able to schedule a date of choice within 15 days for biometrics?
Or does the embassy give you a date?

Good day everyone, this is a new account opened just to post this. I did my speaking test this morning and I want to share what happened with you guys.

Please advise me or am I overthinking this issue.

Lol..... I agree that you are over thinking it. The man wants to ask you about Express Entry.

On a more serious note, I don't think your examiner in the speaking test has the final say in your grading. The entire exam session is being recorded for quality assurance, and remember the examiners are also being examined for transparency and will likely not be invited for an examination in the future if they cheat.

So, don't sweat it. Just wait and hear what he would say when he calls.

This year has been so challenging. hubby and I lost our jobs, all our money tied at POF, we were feeding from Hand to mouth and struggled to pay school fees. Infact this September, we had to change their schools to a very cheap school.

Is the person you are talking about a doctor or an impostor? If he's a doctor, then that's who he is.

No doubt you can request for a female doctor in some places, but if you have an emergency and only male doctors are available, would you rather remain sick or choose to die? In fact in Nigeria, the chances that you would meet a male gynecologist is so high that even when you want to deliver you might meet one.

The best practice would be to have a female nurse for quality assurance.

olajide21:

This has got to be the craziest part of the whole process!!!... how could they ask you to stripe to undies in front of a male Doctor? Nurse available or not this is unfair!.

It's well. We actually do not expect anyone to sit around 440 without having exhausted all options of improving their score.

Please get your spouse to write IELTS. Even if he/she gets 6 in all bands, that will increase your score to 450 (an additional 12 points). What are you waiting for?

Harjeehbaday:

It is well o! I have been on CRS score 439 for more than 2 months now...will get my spouse to rewrite IELTS as this score doesnt look like it's coming down this year.

Congrats to all ITA recipients....

5 months pregnancy is even a long way off.
Until the baby is born. Even if you know the gender of the baby, possible name and an estimated delivery date, you will be considered to have misrepresented information if you claim to have a baby you don't have.

It's just like adding the details of a prospective spouse under spouse's information.

You can create your profile, when you deliver, then update it.

konti:
Please i have a question, for someone that is about 5 months pregnant and just passed ielts this october, when creating profile will the person add the unborn as member of the family? Please at what point will u add the unborn baby, is it when you deliver?
