The decision that made the ref give Tottenham that pk was from reconsiderations of the same incident when Jesus was kicked in similar fashion but no pk given early in the season.
Just imagine.

Na us dem dey use to do us. Smh.
Against Aston Villa...I remember.

Na God go punish that ref. A foul as blatant as that yet was not given as a PK.

Amunike has a UEFA Pro Coaching License and a UEFA Masters Coaching License. Both above what Finidi has.

Either way, Finidi is coach now and we should support him and hopes he has an immense success.
Ok.

Fulham own no pain me. We were poor against Fulham and they rightly deserves their win

The matches against Aston Villa (home and away naim pain me pass).
We were robbed in the first leg(the GJ penalty, our goal which was ruled out when it first hit Digne in his hand before Havertz abi Nketiah). Plus the numerous chances we missed (Odegaard, two good chances while Martinelli one big chance).
Na that match pain me pass.

Then the 2nd leg. I no wan even explain that one.

West ham own with another ojoro if I'm not mistaken (ball crossed out the line before they played it back in) plus we missed a lot of quality chances before conceding the 2nd goal.

But then, the quality of the league is high all thanks to guardiola. We need to be perfect to win the league. Imagine dropping only 5point second half of season yet we still dey cry grin
Those matches where we're robbed always bring back the pain of the loss. Imagine we had won... we would be out of sight by now.

TheGoodJoe and Myself are the only major Pro-Amunike folks here. You make it sound like we are many.

And we don't do "I told you so". We rather say what we mean.

Also, Amunike and Finidi are most certainly not the same.
You two are not the major Pro-Amunike here please.

What I said is a normal scenario. I would say the same thing had it been Amunike was the one appointed. The camp of the one who lost out will always have the notion that their fave would have done better.

Amunike is not different from Finidi. Both are the same.

Quite a few years ago a couple of my friends were playing for a premiership team at the time. They observed that the SE coaching set up was charismatic led and not process led. This was causing several problems in team cohesion and strategy.

They offered to provide and pay for a defensive set piece coach from a premier League club for the SE. The NFF refused.
Their names? Or tell us who was the coach at that time.

One terrible culture in Nigerian football is appointing assistants for a coach. That is very very very terrible. The only motive behind this action is corruption.
To think the assistant coaches may not even share the same playing philosophy with the main coach.

They will appoint 4 assistant coaches for the coach, 3 of which are irrelevant.

1. No set piece coach

2. No match analyst

3. The physio teams is just ... hmmm. The team doctors always appear clueless when it is time for quick treatment.

The whole organization needs revamping which I don't see happening unless we have a good government in place.

I'm actually concerned whether Finidi can hold that dressing room. Let's forget the jersey dragging with Simon, what he did in the last friendly matches left a big question mark.

UPDATE:

According to my source, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) have shortlisted three names as a potential assistant(s) to Finidi George;

* Emmanuel Amunike.

* Daniel Amokachi.

* Michael Nsien.

As seen on Twitter
Out of the three, Nsien should be appointed. The other three will just dabaru everything

Gabriel won 100% of his ground duels against Spurs, while his centre-back partner, William Saliba won 100% of his aerial duels.

It’s the second time this season the pair have produced such stats. The other time? Away at Anfield.

The perfect pair for the big occasion. #arsenalfanaticsnews

Raya and Rice decided to be the face of this 2nd half in a Negative way. Omo. 3-0 and they won't have been gingered to do nada. Imagine teams having hope of self destruct button as their hope. We survived this one and that's the fact.

Nice Subs decision from Arteta. Omo see as those lone counters with Martinelli dey sweet.

Why Son just dey silent?
Leave Rice out of this, man was just trying to clear the ball but he kicked the wrong ball. Na that Raya get the biggest blame.
