codemaniacs: Only person that can replace Ajibade on RW is the person that was playing RB so a new RB is needed.
Kanu is 3rd choice after Oshoala and Onumonu.. a pacy striker that can finish is needed.
Oshoala, Onumonu won't miss the chances Gift Monday was missing against Zambia. Kanu missed a chance in front of a GK if not she'll have been my 2nd choice.
A fit Oshoala is our Messi.
Gift Monday could have won Golden boot against Zambia if she was good Finisher. Okoronkwo will be much better on the wing than Alozie. I'll still take Kanu though. |

Deltamani: #WEURO2022 | Coach Sarina Wiegman has reached two Euros final in a row; guided holders/hosts Netherlands to the title in 2017; is back to the final in 2022, this time with hosts England.
Sweden falling to England in the semis means the last male coach standing is out.
Only 6 of the 16 teams in Euros 2022 had a woman head coach
3 of the 6 (England, Germany, France) reached the semis
A woman-coached side will win the Women's Euros for the 7th successive edition With the bolded parts of your post, I hope I can convince and not to confuse the entire thread that a female coach is better than a male coach |

I believe this team is much more talented than to rely on just 1 or 2 players. Ayinde and Ajibade will be missed no doubt but I still think we have capable replacements for them. Okoronkwo to replace Ajibade on the wing with Tony Payne completing the Midfield with Ucheibe(B2B) and Otu(DM). Kanu as the CF and Oshoala on the wing. Pat or Nicole to replace Tony or we can go with Ebi (where is Zogg?), Ashleigh,Ohale and Alozie.
There are friendlies scheduled to sharpen this team abeg |

Idiko1: No typo in Ayinde's case. She has never successfully passed the ball to her teammates. She caused the Falcons a winning goal against the Germans in a certain competition when she foolishly touched goal-bound ball by Oshoala and the goal was ruled offside. In the end, the Germans defeated Nigeria. It was her boneheaded play which started the downfall of Falcons against Morocco. First, let me tackle the two instances you mentioned.... It was Loveth Ayila that touched the ball and not Ayinde and the ball already crossed the line but the goal was not given. Even at that, many elite players do make similar mistake..Nani being one of them (you should remember) The tackle against Morocco was debatable. Ajibade's was even more harsh than Ayinde's. Her eyes was clearly on the ball with her leg raises and the moroccoan came out of nowhere. In an attempt to place down her foot, she matches the moroccoan. It was not even a dangerous play. Anyway, going by this instance, should we stop calling Ajibade too? Saying Ayinde has not successfully completed a pass to her teammate is false. Aside Ajibade and Okobi(debatable), she is the next super falcons with the vision for through pass. Example was Onumonu' goal against Botswana. Ayinde is a starter anyday anytime chief. |

iamoyindamola: Since we are in Europe he won't be bad as squad player we saw how he fare against his mates in caraboa last season Like you said it's up to arteta Especially in Europa. We're losing an important Europa match one day, Pepe came in, channeled his inner Juninho and scored 2 beautiful freekicks. Since Marquinho will be going on loan, I think Pepe should stay but then I heard Leeds and 2 other clubs are offering 25m for him. |

Idiko1: How did Gift Monday and Vivan Ikechukwu make the team whereas Chinwendu Ihezuo did not? In addition to the aforementioned four, Ayinde should not play for Falcons again . Where is Florence Ijamulisi? This young girl was a very good midfielder in U-17 team. Maybe you made a typo @ the bolded. As for Ihezuo, Monday might have missed some chances against zambia but I'll rather she play instead of Ihezuo. |

Isn't it funny how we condemn appointment of assistants for our NT coaches by the NFF and yet we want Omagbemi, Dedevbo and Akide to be on he coaching crew. It is funny really. Now, Having the trio on the team will even be worse because there will be conflict of interest. Let the best of the trio be appointed and he or she will choose his or her assistant(s). And there is no word from Randy? The man even left for US from Morocco. I remember saying the larger part of the blame after the Zambia loss was on the players but the nonchalant attitude of Walldrum is enough to get him sacked. Let's appoint someone that's passionate about coaching us. Nonsense and Randy... |

isan: I don't know if anyone notice this anytime the defenders are with ball the midfielders hide behind the opponent pressing instead of making themselves available for pass and this will force the defenders ohala-ebi to used long ball only plumptre always calm and move forward with the ball and find a forward pass , also anytime we win the ball back in the opposition half the midfielders are always eager to play back pass Okobi and Ucheibe do sometimes demand for ball but instead of advancing upfield, they (particularly Okobi) would return it back to the defenders. |

OkpaNsukkaisBae: I no do stat/eco 4 school. Make i try attempt question 1 & 2.
1. It will prolly affect our revenue generation in the future especially if we fail to achieve sporting success in order to balance the books. I hear say madrid collect over £100M 4 winning UCL.
2. Generally, if you calculate the lever by % per year they're kinda minimal to wreck havoc ....plus we're no longer seeing an empty camp nou thankx to the medics & scientists who produced the vaccine. Covid-19 drained our revenue & exposed our salary cap...
#MyPersonalOpinion. ok boss... thanks. Well understood |

jpmoriarti: Of course the levers have implications .
It is a big time gamble because if we fail to deliver trophies in the short term, we may not recover from another economic crisis because there might not be any more levers to activate. These activations have become necessary because we need to be competitive in the short term.
We're taking the bull by the horn and going all in.
But we know that the bigger the risk, the bigger the reward because if we err in the side of caution, like Arsenal did, we might signal a decent into mediocrity which is a bigger risk in itself.
We can't afford not to be competitive otherwise we lose the pull and top players will no longer wish to play for us, just like Arsenal today.
Bankruptcy? If we regain our competitive edge and trophies start coming in, we'll no longer be at risk. We can buy back our 25% in 6yrs and live happily ever after. Well understood. Thank you even though you had to drag my Arsenal into this |

Deltamani: Let Ohale and Plumptre be the Center Backs, Akudo Ogbonna and Onyinyechi Zogg can Deputise for them, but if they still need Ebi she would have to be on the Bench to offer her experience…
The three Full Backs I will go with are Alozie, Nicole Payne and Patricia George…
At least Patty plays both wings and uses both feet’s effectively..
Tony Payne can come in if the need be… I agree ... And if Okeke regains her form, she should be considered. |
